Missing garbage in dry toilet Late check out is chargeable. Official check out time is 10am so every hr late check out cost 1000yen more.

Clean and Spacious for family of 4. Tatami provided for living area Split of dry and wet toilets with small bath tub and stool for jap style bathing. Location is ok about 500m away from nearest station.

We stayed in a family room with tatami area. It was HUGE! and very reasonable. It was also spotless. We were very happy with the room and hotel and was sad that it was for only 1 night.

At one point my husband tried to turn on the mitsubishi (air conditioner?) wall-mounted unit. The room immediately began to smell like the worst stinky feet imaginable. Thankfully there was the air purifier to address the smell quickly otherwise I don’t know what we would have done, since we could not open the outside door and there were no windows. As someone with asthma I appreciated the air purifier - but that wall unit really needs to be serviced and/or have its filters replaced. I don’t know if it is just smelly or dangerous, but it certainly is not functional in its current state. A smaller issue: for longer stays, I like having the option of not cleaning the room every day. For environmental reasons, there is no need to change the sheets, towels, etc. every day. So I liked how we could request cleaning but I was confused about why the towels were automatically given to us every day. I suppose I could have called the front desk and asked for none, but we didn’t realize it would be every day. Also, it was unclear what we should do with the old towels if we were replacing them. That would be a good addition to the hotel procedure binder if there is something specific to do!

The staff at check-in / check-out were great and friendly. The mattress and pillows were the most comfortable we had during our trip to Japan! I also appreciated the hotel book in the room of all the procedures. I think all hotels should have these, it is nice to consult.

The bathroom mirror was too short for me, I am a tall adult.

The hotel felt like a boutique hotel with the main lobby on the 2nd floor. It was our first time using pin codes to open our hotel room and pressing an exit button to get out of our room, strange for us but I guess that's secure! The staff explained everything very well during our check in process. The room was pretty basic, good space for 2 adults. The rooms were affordable enough that I could get my mother her own separate room for the first time on our trip! The location was very close to Osaka Castle but farther from Dontonbori. Water pressure in the bathroom was great!

Exceptional staff. One member went out in the cold to help us find a taxi when they could not find one after calling! Walking location to Osaka. Opposite family Mart and 24 hour restaurant

Perhaps the 10am check out time and away from subway station. But it’s non issue in the end since we left at 9:30am and took taxis most of the time in Osaka.

Booked this hotel because of its close proximity to Osaka castle. It is surrounded by dining options. A little far from subway station but it’s no issue for my family as we tend to take taxi a bit in Osaka. It’s about 2500 yen from Shimsaibashi or Osaka station.

The room was spacious and very comfortable with a kitchenette and washer/dryer. Conveniently located within a few minutes walk of several restaurants, convenience stores and a couple of subway stations. Also very close to Osaka castle.

Moving heavy luggage from the subway station to the hotel can be a bit difficult. Because the road from the station to the hotel is a gentle hill.

Osaka Castle is a short walk away. The subway station is not far from the hotel. The room is very clean and well equipped. And the staff at the front desk were very friendly.

The check out time is 10am, and each extend hour need 2000yan/h, I checked out at 12pm and paid extra 4000yan.

The room is quite nice, clean and have everything. It is new. I am stay alone so it is big enough.

Lovely clean bathroom with a shower. Very comfortable bed just a bit on the small size but have stayed in smaller Not far from a train station but a few train changes from Shin Osaka station to get there. We took a taxi. $25,00 Aussie
