I’d say I would’ve liked a smoking area in the Hotel itself and for less amenities to be delivered daily. I got way to many robes at the end of my stay.

The staff were great and very friendly. The accommodations were also very much what I expected them to be. The location was great and right next the Osaka Castle.

The staff were very friendly and check in was very good for non Japanese speakers like us. The property has a family mart right downstairs, close to JR, lots of eating options. Free tea and coffee level 2 was nice too. Room clean and modern, beds comfortable. We enjoyed our loungewear robes in the room too, as we travel with only backpack and don’t pack separate pyjamas! Quality amenities (soap, shampoo etc) and extras if we needed them like toothbrushes

Amazing hotel in a great location right by Osaka Castle. Very modern, spacious, clean, well-equipped and stylish. Staff were amazing and very kind. The hotel is also very close to a subway station so you can easily explore other parts of the city in little time.

The bed is comfortable. The shower and toilet are separated which is good. The hotel room key system is password. No need to carry key card. The convinience store is just opposite. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff english is poor, but google translate app resolved it. No early check in.

I got two bed suite even though i didn’t need the second bed, staff were kind and the rooms clean. The beds were comfortable but i brought my own pillow so i can’t judge pillows. There’s not much in the way of facilities but at least there’s a coin laundry. Staff were very helpful and drew me a subway map of how to get to Dotonbori when google was giving me weird results.

Only one-On max strength the Air conditioner just wasn't powerful enough to keep such a giant room cool.

We stayed on the top floor. The room was gigantic with all the amenities you could ask for. Immaculately clean Excellent transport links and close to convienece store. Excellent staff that were super helpful with booking a restaurant for us and helping with baggage transfer.

The bathroom is spacious and clean. And the toilet and shower are separate so the bathroom is dry after bathing. The bed is also big and comfortable, we slept very well during the stay.

A little far from the airport but close to the train and subway

Very friendly staff, so helpful!! Helped us figure out places to eat, subway and train rides, etc, room was clean and comfortable!! Bedding felt like sleeping on a cloud. Room stayed dark until you were ready to wake up. We found an AMAZING ramen shop across the street!! Yum!! The hotel was such a good value for what we paid. My husband, myself, our 15 year old son, and our 12 year old daughter slept so comfortably, and we still could’ve fit at least 4 more people (at least 4 kids, 4 adults comfortably, possibly more little ones). Loved the extra space with the family room and extra futon beds and bedding!! Great deal!! Thank you!!
