It was the cleanest hotel we’ve ever been it. The staff were lovely. We arrived late, at 12:02AM and they were really accommodating for us, checked us in quickly and the room was all ready for us. They brought us bottled water daily. The room was a good size for the price. The location was extremely close to the Osaka Castle and the subway stations. with a Family Mart and 7 Eleven a couple of minutes walk away.

Beautiful spacious room with separate areas and a washing machine and kitchenette. Bathroom was great and beds were super comfy. Handy to the metro (Temmabashi station) and the castle. Free coffee and tea facilities in the lobby was nice.

United Statesnothing. hotel was perfect! the worst part was the elevator stopped on the 2nd floor. “the hotel lobby” every time you went up or down. is only thing that was wierd other than that perfect. super cool room
super clean. and big! had 2 extra beds in the dinner room. not sure the Japanese name. but the table and the floors super cool. mankai was walking distance and the best ramen we ate in 2 week trip from Tokyo to osaka . staff was super nice helpful. was the most “authentic Japanese room” we stayed in. subway was super close, nice city view. housekeeping was on point definitely recommend this hotel. the castle was in walking distance. was fantastic!

United KingdomI got so used to the transfer service from other hotels so it was quite surprising for their partner to only have cash on delivery fees. alternatively, the convenient stores nearby have transfer services as well so not really a problem. just thought i’d mention it.
It was very central to where we want to go at the same time away from the crowd and noise of Osaka. The staff were very accomodating and the beds were soooo comfortable!

The size of the rooms was excellent and well-suite to a family of four. The tatami room became the kid's room with the roll-out floor mats. The common/living area was good sized and the efficiency kitchen was perfect for a few day's stay.

United KingdomBooking . com let us book a room that had the travel insentive from the Japanese government. So the night before we arrived we were told we had to cancel our booking and re book because we wernt Japanese residents. The cost of the room went up by about £50. Real hassle out me iff booking with Booking. com again. 40 min walk to Dotombori. We enjoyed walking there and got taxi back cost about 2500 yen Had to get to Shin Osaka for our train but again got a taxi 4,000 yen. Bit of hassle to get train with suitcases.

The room was kept extremely clean and the room size is spacious as compared with other rooms in Japan. It's about 15 mins' walk to Osaka Castle where I visited at night time, which gave a different experience as I had made several times of day visit.

AustraliaA stones throw from Tanimachi subway line, and a short walk to the Osaka Castle, the location was near perfect for everything we had planned in Osaka. The room was comfortable, clean, the beds super comfortable, and the amenities excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful upon checkin and checkout. We didn’t try the breakfast, but it smelled delicious! All in all, this hotel is excellent value for money.
