Thought it was strange and unusual compared to other places that there was no coffee or nespresso machine in the room, instead, the only coffee was in the lobby for a charge which was also unusual. Also, the bathroom needed maintenance. The sink faucet was lose and there was a slight odour.

Huge amount of space - a western room, sitting room and japanese room combined into one! Great location for the castle and subways. Good shower.

We were only in Osaka for 2 days, so LUXCARE was perfect for our needs. It had all the essentials and since we were only there for 2 nights, it was very budget friendly option.

The hotel is located in a great spot. Minutes walking form Osaka Castle. 40 min to1 hr (Aprox) walking distance to Dotonbori. There are convenient stores (Seven - Eleven, Family Mart, Lawson) and plenty of restaurants in the area. Hotel is very close to the subway station that communicates to Osaka station, less than 4 minutes away. Room was spacious and well equipped. The mattress was very comfortable, had a great sleep. The guys form the reception were very helpful and polite. We booked a room with breakfast included. You have two options, either a surprise bento box or a ticket to go to a next door cafeteria. I personally recommend the cafeteria option. bento box has plenty of food but quite heavy for breakfast.

The room space is small. We didn’t have space to sit to eat something. But that is normal in hotels in Japan.

Hotel is located with a walking distance to Osaka castle. The surrounding environment is so clean and tidy.

The location is close to a subway station which is helpful when travelling, the beds were quite comfortable and the room was clean, the air conditioner was very nice.

The sofa was a bit old and not too comfortable to sit in. Other than that, it was great.

The room was very spacious and allowed us more than enough room to unwind at the end of the day. The beds were comfortable and the set up of the room was perfect for our family of 4. Location was very convenient.

Depending on the room views are not the best, but was there mainly for location and comfortable stay will book again if visiting Osaka

2nd visit to hotel, about 5 min walk to nearest station exit/entrance, about 10min walk to Osaka Castle park, about 20min walk to Osaka-Jo Hall if you wish to visit there like I did for concert. Clean rooms with comfortable beds, great shower, some room if you have back pack and one suitcase, and fresh set of night pjs and water they leave by your door every night.

The WiFi was HORRIBLE. It did not come with my room and I had to connect to a wifi that was meant for a different room. Basically I had no wifi for the entire duration of my stay and had to use up majority of my paid eSim data. Other than that, room was nice and clean, good service.
