A bit basic and you had to pay extra for a few amenities. Staff were lovely though and we had a very good night’s sleep.

Good budget price hotel akin to Travelodge standard. Very handy for Osaka castle which is why we booked it. Taxi fare from shin-osaka station about £15.

Coffee at the reception could be better. And some little light from the smoke detector and airco where bright.

Very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and had great amenities. The location was great with lots of cafes and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. Very close to the train lines.

Good value for the money. Really clean rooms and the staff at the front desk are very polite and speak English. Location is excellent, located close to the Metro station and a convenience store.

1. The room is so smelly as soon as I open the door, I can immediately to smell it, and imagine I will need to stay whole night in such air quality..... 2. The light switch panel isn't convenient, especially I need to move inside the tight space to reach the panels for turn on/off the lights.

The location is closer enough to the Osaka castle. Which could be a consideration if the trip it aim to visit castle.

Location - near to underground trains. Osaka Castle and park close by. Good go walk amongst trees after a day in the city .staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Good recommendations for eating ( not tourist areas) and shrine visiting in Kyoto.

There is a small fee to pay if you want to leave your luggage in the reception. It is cheaper than leaving it in the locker at the train station though.

Hotel was excellent. The room had a good size (we were expecting it to be very small). We had a table and two chairs, which was very convenient for our own little breakfast. The free coffee is the lobby was a great addition. We liked the fact that we could opt to have the room serviced or instead having clean towels brought to us. Room was also very quiet and had an air purifier (which we did not use at the end...). Close to Osaka castle, and very convinient for taking public transport. One great addition was that because our long flight landed before lunchtime, we were alllowed to do an early checkin (2 hours before checkin time) and paid a small fee for that.

The lady at the front really helped me with my luggage delivery service, she called my next hotel and confirmed with them and wrote everything down for me. The other people working were very kind!

Great location near Osaka castle for very good price. Rooms were very clean and size was adequate for Japan, bigger than I expected. Easy access to Dotonbori walking, with public transport or taxi (we did all). Staff was extremely helpful with everything, they even sent me an item I had forgotten to my next hotel in Osaka.

The room clean services was really bad. We stay a full week and requested only one day after all. The day we requested they only made the bed but not take out the trash or order a couple other things.

The location was cool. The prices was really cool considering the price and the access to bus and metro stations. The crew was nice, but sometimes a little bit rude

I didn't have breakfast because I didn't opt for it, but the facility was clean, and I had a wonderful stay. The location is very good, even more so if you are planning to visit Osaka Castle and its surroundings.
