We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We were 45minutes early, my partner was sick, the room was ready but we still had to pay 2000 yen extra or wait 45 min. What difference does it make? Every other hotel if the room is ready they let you use it.

United KingdomThe rooms felt as if we were staying in a glorified caravan - the walls had formica panels on them and there was just enough room to open the suitcase, but then you had to tread on the suitcase to get to the tiny bit of hall outside the bathroom. The prefabricated bathroom pod was three of my feet by three of my feet wide. Everything was clean and the towels were thick and soft. The staff kindly upgraded up to a slightly larger room, but the bathrooms are just the same. It is located near a tube, which was convenient though.

Very clean and all new, very close to Nakatsu Station and 15min walking distance to Osaka Station (as a tourist who really like to explore walking, I would choose a hotel around dontobori), staff were nice but a bit confused. Breakfast is very good (not buffet style).

The hotel was beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and very family-friendly. We loved the spacious rooms, luxurious bathroom, and thoughtful touches like the kids’ welcome packs with tiny slippers. The location was perfect for exploring Osaka and taking day trips to Kyoto and Nara. The rooftop terrace was a peaceful spot to start each day.
