rules about being quiet were not enforced. it's not the property's fault that a LOT of rude, loud foreigners stayed here, however it is their fault that they don't do anything about it.

The hotel is very near both train bus station which is a must if you are travelling with kids and elderly. There are convenience stores nearby. You can also walk going to Kyoto Tower, Nishiki Market, etc for 20 mins. There are few attractions nearby. Bedroom, toilet and shower rooms are clean. Towels, toiletries and sleep wear are provided.

For holders of JR pass, it’s a bit of a walk to get to JR lines but not unmanageable.

Pillow is way too soft and if you can add more pillow (SUPER HOTEL) would be excellent. I arrived 1 hour early but did not get approached from staff (at least says hello!) or give any information that check-in is now available as there was other guest arrived 15 mins early and able to check-in.

Great location, few steps from Metro station GOJO and surrounding by popular Japanese restaurants. 7-11 is opposite and convenience. Good sound proof room and sufficient bathroom and toilet on each floor.

It's literally next to the Gojo subway station. Walking distance to main shopping areas, Nishiki market. Although the shower rooms and bathrooms were shared they were very clean and pleasant to shower and clean-up on. The breakfast on the restaurant next door was also a good set to keep your energized the whole day. Very good value for money.

the guest house is in a very quiet hill-side neighborhood. it's about a 15 minute scenic walk from the ferry that goes along the river shore, small shops, park, and shrine that everyone comes to see. We had a room in the second floor with a small sitting deck, and view of the river. The garden next to the common room had several deer that we watched. it really gave us a chance to slow down after running around Tokyo and Kyoto. As a side note, we lost all our yen (50,000) in an envelope somewhere in Hiroshima the day before. The guest house staff (Mr. Terazawa) was incredibly kind to call all the places we had been to since we didn't speak Japanese. He found that our envelope was at the bakery we stopped at previously and we were able to retrieve it successfully. He even gave us his personal number just in case. we are so grateful for his help and hopes he has a chance to visit Hawaii.

They should have a proper big water flask. Not just a plastic jar for all sharing

The room is pretty room. Not room to open my luggage. Need bring up and down from higher bed Space. The hotel washing machine too costly. And the worst thing is need to redo 3x and lastly I put 1 Jean , 1 shirt put 1 pull over for S$5 just to redo. Not worth the money. Spend $15 3x to split the clothes . The other customer also complaint she did 3x and all the clothes is not dry. Then realise it not working 😭

Need to travel 7 floors to shower. Awkward lift rides post showering with other patrons. Located close to kyoto station but 2km walk each way to main city attractions

Everything was good!

Super convenient location with bus stop and subway station just in front of the hotel. The room was very cute and clean, excellent bathroom, super friendly and helpful staff. Used the lounge area lots to do my readings and relax at night.
