It was clean, beautiful, in a great location. The staff were the best and very helpful. I wanted to snowboard here in Hokkaido but didn’t know which places allowed walk-in. The staff members helped me find a place!

Maybe better food selection for dinner. Stayed there twice, never ate dinner there. Rooms are a little small but doable.

Breakfast was poor. Cold egg, day old pastries, limited selection. Over-priced. Not a problem because there are so many other options for breakfast in the area, but it is too bad that the breakfast isn't better, considering the high quality of the hotel. I had no problem with the lack of a TV, but this may turn off some guests.

I loved the style and comfort. Woodwork, photos on the wall, wood carvings in the hall gave a strong sense of Hokkaido. About a 15 minute walk from the station, through the underground passage. Convenient to stores and restaurants. I loved the turntable and vinvyl record in my room. A wonderful touch. I stayed for 5 nights and it felt like home. Will definitely stay there again.

The beds could be better (it was stiff) and the record player needs to be cleaned and checked to see if it works. We had troubles connecting to the bluetooth speaker.

No gym a staff knew a little English so felt like asking about recommendations wasn’t possible but that’s what Google is for I guess.

Location, location, location. Walking distance to everything in Sapporo. I bought a train card but never used it! Walked everywhere (burn those calories to earn the beer), all major attractions nearby and being next to tv tower was amazing. Would definitely recommend/ consider staying again. Breakfast was very Japanese but still enjoyed it as a westerner.

That there is no onsen. Also hotel staff did not speak good English and made mistake on my breakfast which I had to go fix.

We had twin beds, I really liked the platform with two side by side futons. It was very versatile and efficient and saved a lot of room. Room was very efficiently laid out and very clean. Bathroom small but nice

The fact it has a laundry facility is nice but there's literally only two machines for the entire building and each machine takes 2 hours minimum per load. No TV in the room.

Location is great and it's right next to exit 23 for Odori station. Can get to a lot of places walking underground if it's too cold out otherwise. Record player in the room was a nice touch.

Love the aesthetics and ambience. Just opposte of Odori park and close to Odori station. Room is clean and cleaners are very hardworking. Only 1 staff is friendly and smiling, female staff wearing glasses, she gave a warm smile and very cheerful.
