It takes me 10 mins to find the front desk… the hotel entrance goes to an elevator and the front desk is on the 20th floor. I didn’t look up the panel so I got out of the elevator thinking there must be another way to the front desk. I went to the other side of the building with my big luggage that’s not a good experience. Luckily I got help from a lady who lives nearby she guided me and told me the hotel front desk is on the 20th floor. My suggestion to the hotel is, if they can highlight on the elevator panel 20th button using a color tape or something like that, visitors will be able to find where the front desk is easier.

The room is spacious for three adults. I luckily got a room facing the bay the view was really nice. The bath room is separated from toilet.

The room was spacious compared to other similar standard hotels in Japan. It was also clean and simple. The staff was also attentive to the details of my reservation. The room was also quiet and very comfortable to work in.

The employees were nice, but they did not speak English, or speak only very little English (even at the reception); the WiFi connection was sometimes unstable, and slow, but in general it worked well.

Very good location (close to Pacifico Yokohama, and the Yokohama Railway Station is also near by); excellent breakfast with a large variety of choices; nice view of the harbor; comfortable bed; clean room.

The thing that caused me the most headache was that the windows in the guest room could not be opened, so the interior of the guest room was not ventilated and I had to rely on using the air purifier inside the guest room to dehumidify the air. Even then the humidity inside the guest room only stays at about 70%.

The location of this hotel is a bit far from Yokohama Station. It still requires about a 10 minute walk. But the service quality is very good! The level of staff is very good! The hygiene service in the guest room is also very good!

Wi-fi speed was very low - much beyond the current standards; In the gym only one combo machine and no dumbells, so when two people came, one had to wait for the other person - installing a rack of dumbells would help.

Personnel up to the Japanese standards - discreet, but efficient and attentive; Room and common space very clean; Tasty breakfast, although could vary a bit more (I spent 8 days, so I get used to almost the same set of dishes).

Our entire family enjoyed staying at this hotel. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Front desk staffs are very polite and helpful. We love OK store right next to the Hotel.

The bathroom had this weird window looking into the bedroom built into the wall which I was not a fan of. It had a blind you could loosely pull down to cover, but the edges were still exposed. We had booked a double room as it was all that was available, so maybe it was assumed we were a couple but we are not so it was a little uncomfortable. Also not sure what couples would enjoy that kind of view either.. just be aware if you intend to book! But besides that little oddity it was a perfect stay!

The hotel was a big high-rise not far from Yokohama station and the room we booked had an incredible view of the Yokohama Cosmoworld ferris wheel (it was really cool at night when it lit up!). The hotel was within a walk-able distance to a lot of what we wanted to see, and nearby buses accommodated whatever wasn't close to us well enough. We didn't use any of the offered extras like the gym etc. but they did look nice from reception. The room was a grand little room and suited us just fine!
