My wife was hoping the hotel would provide pajamas/yukata.

The movie screen, the viewing sofa, the streaming options. The room was clean and the movie theme throughout the hotel was great.

The room code has stopped working in our time there, but the hotel staff have found a solution for us.

The hotel is very close to Haneda airport and since we landed pretty late it was convenient to not travel far for the hotel. The rooms are well equipped for movie night and it looks like a lot of effort has bin put for that

The room had a weird smell, and the water heater is inside the bathroom, so every time you want to take a shower there is a weird smell coming from the combustion process and heating process, which at some point it even feels dangerous, this leaves the room smelling really weird.

the location is good, there are a few restaurants around as well as combini stores, that's helpful, the room is probably 2 blooks away from the nearest metro station, that's really convenient.

I loved how close this place was to the airport, I got into a taxi was 8 minute drive. Use the code they send me. The staff spoke English and was super helpful to me as I was overtired ! Clean room, good shower/water pressure ! Easy check out and was close to a train station I just walked over and a 7/11!

This property is self checkin! bookings.com needs to clarify this in the title of the hotel When an international traveller books this without the ability to call someone it is a disaster. We did not receive a code to get in and stood in the cold and dark for over an hour before we could get contact sorted with this instaffed premises

Have to somehow fit in a table somewhere. Projector doesn't fit to the whole wall screen, but that's ok.

Check in process, room design though a bit small feels comfy and neat.

It says there is a 24-hour reception desk - and there isn't. We arrived tired from the flight and it took us almost an hour to manage with online check-in that is done there. There was no sheet for the separate bed we ordered. The clerk in the chat suggested we sleep on towels

nothing. Don't go near there. I have booked dozens of nights through booking and I have a level 3. I have never been so disappointed.

Says 24 hr front desk. But it's not. It's a iPad check in. For traveller's without Sim cards this can be a pain as you need a code to enter the front door which they email to you. I had left the airport and arrived before receiving this code. The user guide in the room was all in Japanese. Same with the projector. Not suited for English speaking traveller's!

Check-in was annoying - too much to do! You aren’t issued a room card so you always have to enter a long PIN code to open the room door. Toilet does this weird thing when you flush a tap goes on behind the cistern? Hotel doesn’t offer room service (I travel a lot & this was a first!) including access for us to get clean towels ourselves and putting the dirty ones somewhere, somewhere to take rubbish to, a vacuum or similar so you can clean the room yourself. Not ideal for a family stay. No reception staff so no personal touch to your stay. Room was messy under the bed and behind the fridge.

Good location to the train station in Anomori-Inari. Loved the projector/screen in the room. Comfy bed, decent sofa bed, spacious shower with good pressure.

We could hear people in the hall, and we could also hear loud guests from another room late at night.

It was easy to get to the hotel by train from Haneda Airport. The automated check-in (no staff) was easy. The room was actually pretty roomy, and the projection TV and shower were great. It was a great deal for the price.
