The staff were very friendly and made us feel comfortable. The location was great with a convenience store easily located next door for late night snacks and easy cash withdrawal. The room was simple but great because of it. It had everything you needed but done right. The bed was the best thing to come back to each day - it was comfortable and the bedding was super soft. The AC was very easy to use and greatly needed as it was often quite warm. It did feel like it was nice to be a bit away from the touristy part of Osaka but you weren’t missing out because you could still easily walk or even appreciate the smaller food scene nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Many of the amenities had very limited hours. We didn't try the breakfast because it didn't seem worth the price. The bathroom in our room didn't smell great.

The room was quiet and nice. We enjoyed walking around the hotel in our socks since shoes are not allowed. Location is conveniently between two subway stations and in a quieter part of town, but not far from attractions either

My daughter was unable to use the Onsen as she has tattoos. This is the culture in Japan which we understand and accept, and knew this coming in. However the other places we stayed at with onsens (including a traditional ryokan) did allow tattoos.

The property is well located on Osaka, in the business district. While it is busy during the day it is quiet at night. There is a convenience store attached and a good selection of eateries nearby. We appreciated the calm of the area after the craziness of Dotonburi. The rooms are very comfortable, and we enjoyed the tatami mat hallways and no shoes policy. The breakfast buffet options are amazing and it’s possible to build a full multi course Japanese breakfast or western options if you prefer. The staff are very nice and helpful.

Had some confusion where we had booked breakfast but ended up having to pay for it again, but I think this was a Booking.com issue and not the fault of the hotel.

Nice hotel, good atmosphere. Onsen is busy but a nice touch, as are the freebies such as ice lollies. Good location near the JR station.

- Great location close to the two major subway lines - Rooms were surprisingly big by Osaka/Tokyo standards and soundproofing was perfect - Public onsen and sauna were very nice - Lots of little details such as luggage scales to make travellers' lives easier

Highly rate this hotel! Beautifully clean, quiet, the smell of the foyer was beautiful . The room (queen) was really spacious and well laid out. The onsen/ spa is amazing. Large communal bath, sauna and two individual tubs. The changing room had moisturiser, hairdryers, spare hairbrushes and other useful things . Breakfast was excellent.

Very traditional Japanese hotel, the design and decoration of the room is very relaxing. They serve free ramen for a late night snack which is a bonus. The onsen is very traditional and peaceful, we would definitely come back!
