Onsen had various features than just one hot bath and ice creams when you came out. The staff were able to answer all our questions regarding luggage transfer in English. Room was well decorated and gave us the feeling of staying in Japan, we tried the free noodles and breckfast which were very good.

Location is great, metro is just around the corner and there is a lovely cafe opposite. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I wish that little children are not allowed at this location. The issue is that, I booked this location to be a relaxing a time and even during the morning ceremony a little child could be heard screaming, as well as dinner time. I could not enjoy my dinner as there was a child doing whatever it wanted without their parents telling it to be quiet. For the price we paid for this location, it wasn't really relaxing due to this.

Everything was amazing! Super Easy check in, wonderful rooms, amazing hosts! You must try the breakfast and dinner (you have to pay for them of course, but worth it 100%)

Noisy fan in the bathroom that couldn’t be turned off, and bed+pillow was hard and uncomfortable. Neighbourhood was a bit boring

Strange to have a tv in the sauna😅, quite small rooms… get as many people in the hotel as possible…

Cleanliness of rooms and friendliness of the staff. The onsen baths were relaxing and appreciated the free ice-cream afterwards. Breakfast was outstanding too.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the onsen was incredible! Loved the room and socks/slippers around the entire hotel and the buffet breakfast was great. The ice cream, yakult and free ramen noodles were a huge perk and we'll definitely return and try the other hotels in this chain!

Everything. The onsen is absolutely top notch, with a large hot bath, two small outdoor baths that were slightly hotter, a cold bath (rare for Japan!) and a sauna for women (only place that I've had one! Other hotels incluse saunas for men but not women). Ameneties were great, room was compact but very well designed, location was excellent. One of our best hotels during our three week trip in Japan. Staff was also really friendly and personable. You don't wear shoes inside of the hotel (there are shoe lockers) and that is so, so nice. Perfect stay! Arigato gozaimasta from Amsterdam!! 🇳🇱🇯🇵

The only thing we didn’t like was the bed. The mattress was extremely firm and the pillows were paper thin (you only get one pillow per person).

We loved the traditional design and feel of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. You have access to an onsen which was lovely. There are a number of great inclusions - free icecream, drinks, massage chairs, ramen ect. The location is convenient, next to two different metro lines and within walking distance to main areas.

I would love the have a small breakfast area (coffe, bread) but there are only one type of breakfast which is a bit expensive. The pillow are very hard and so it was a bit uncomfortable

I like the onsen which is very clean with a sauna. It need additional fee to enjoy, but overall it is very cheap for the quality. The location is perfect!

It will be much better if the room is broader.

Few minutes walking from the subway station. It takes less than twenty minutes' walk to the Umeda commercial center, so the location is convenient. Along the walk, you will bypass the Osaka Library and Municipal Hall at the opposite, both dated back to more than hundred years ago. The breakfast is good, and the free noodle provided after 9 pm is quite beyond expectation.

Pillows felt a bit stiff for my liking, I prefer mine to be a bit puffier and softer. That’s really it!

Amazing breakfast menu options and really friendly and nice staff members. Gotten so used to them that leaving kinda felt a bit sad to be honest. And the public bathhouse was superb, went there every night before bed!
