The trash is only collected within a certain time in the morning but it's not a big problem.

The hotel is very clean and provides lots of facilities you can use without a fee. The hot spring is great and we like the snacks and ramen from the hotel.

Lovely chilled vibe. Had an onsen and they provided coverings if you have tattoos. Lovely additions such as pro-biotics in the mornings and ice cream in the evening. They had a noodle bar at night which we didn’t make it to. Walking distance from metro

I wish the amenities were available to those with tattoos - since there were mostly foreigners staying here it seems odd to not accommodate.

Location wise it’s a bit out of the main tourist areas but close enough to metro station & only a couple stops away from Shinsaibashisuji. Also our sink wasn’t working well pretty much from day 1 but due to short stay we don’t bother asking them to fix it. Also be mindful room cleaning is extra cost but they give you free towels everyday & does empty your bin.

Free onsen, very comfortable & lots of freebies such as ice cream, all you can eat ramen & breakfast (paid) is amazing!! Super friendly staff and love the fact the whole place does not allow you to wear shoes inside so feel super clean.

Onsen was great, the hotel is near Yodoyabashi Station (Osaka Metro & Keihan Railway) which makes it easy to take the Osaka Metro & also Keihan Railway direct to Kyoto from Yodoyabashi.

the pillow and mattress did not look very clean and had signifiant yellow stains which we could see through our sheet and pillows cases (transparency). It would be nice to make sure that those are more clean

The room size was challenging with two small to medium size suitcases. Its also a fairly basic room. We're a couple that travels pretty light so thats worth bearing in mind if your not light travellers. That said, overall i'd still give the hotel a 9.

We spent 4 nights here and the rooms are pretty compact which makes it challengjng for that timescale with baggauge. The hotel is pretty well located, its quiet and close to some good coffee shops. The Onsen was good with complementary snacks and drinks in the lounge area. We used their complementary laundry machine too which was helpful. Ramen at 9.30pm was a nice touch which we used once. Coffee and wifi good too. We didnt use breakfast, youre in Osaka baby!

One of the best inns I ever been. Very clean and the staff was very kind. The room had everything we needed and it was very beautiful. The facilities are great including the baths. The massage chairs are incredible, give it a try if you go. I really appreciated the free goodies like the ice pops and the noodles. The breakfast was amazing!! Perfect place to relax after or before the chaos of the city centre.

Everything was great!

The hotel is located in a great location near metro. At the entrance everyone is requested to remove the shoes and store them in a locker. The personnel was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was one of the best I've had while traveling.

The only downside was our windows looked into a nearby office building so we had to have the shoji screens closed for privacy.

Nice little touches (a treat in the fridge on arrival, popsicles after the onsen and late night ramen if you need it) and a beautiful onsen lift this hotel above the norm. Breakfast is delicious, varied and plentiful. Our room was spacious and painted in a vibrant citrus lemony-lime, which we loved. Plenty of space in the entry alcove for hanging clothes and bag storage.

We booked a traditional Japanese twin bedroom, but it was rather small for our needs. Next time we would book a larger one. We were traveling with our child and had a baby bed for her. This fitted in the room barely but then there was no more room for moving around. Also the room had a light at the door that went on automatically when you entered or moved around. Not an interesting thing to have when you have a child sleeping.

De hotel was a lovely introduction to Japan with it's traditional look and rooms. The onsen was also very comfortable and a great way to relax after a day of visiting Osaka. We used the hotel service to forward one of our luggage what made traveling to Hiroshima much easier. This is a great service that hotels provide.

No safe in the room. I did not enjoyed the onsen as I got some tattoos and it was difficult for me to cover them. In this his case they should be tattoo friendly for tourists like in other hotel. Breakfast is nice but poor on the sweet side.

Lively hotel with lovely onsen. Receptionists will provide you with a tattoo sticker if needed. Probably only for 1-2 tattoos, otherwise the onsen has a no tattoo policy.
