The facilities are great: onsen with sauna and cold pool, manga rental, free ice cream and ramen and massage chairs were phenomenal! Breakfast was also exceptional and great service all day long.

Room size is small, and the hotel does not clean the room every day. Since we stayed for 3 consecutive days, we don't know how to deal with the garbage. Even if hotel don't clean the room, it would be better to collect the garbage every day. We pressed the button to request room cleaning, but no one came to clean. Because we had a stroller, we needed to take the elevator to get to the subway station, and the subway entrance with the elevator was a little far from the hotel. but this is not big issue.

The staff is very friendly and will help fill out the express delivery form for the suitcases that need to be mailed. The breakfast is very delicious and there is also delicious ramen for midnight snack. The hot spring facilities are very comfortable, and it's great to have a popsicle or ice milk after taking a hot spring. My daughter's toy was left at the hotel, and the staff patiently helped us send it to our next hotel in Tokyo. Thank you very much for their help.

The overall experience was good as we stayed for a night only.

The special thing of this accommodation is the entire floor is covered by tatami and I had to be on bare feet inside, which was interesting! The location is good, it's near to the train station and bus stop, not too busy or noisy. Easily access to Osaka castle and Dotonbori. We were provided with yukata and slippers for the onsen. The complimentary ramen at night was good. The breakfast was okay, we had a chance to try different dishes. The accommodation also has laundry area as well, which is handy.

The bed/pillows were a little bit too hard for me and my neck, but at the end it comes down to personal preference. I did not ask to the staff for a different pillow as we were only there for a couple of nights.

Nice and very clean Japanese-style hotel with super friendly staff. We loved the onsen/Japanese sauna facilities after a long day of sightseeing. Convenient location with several subway lines just 5 minutes away. If you are up for a walk, you can also get to the Osaka castle in 30 minutes by foot.

Everything is wonderful, the luxury breakfast is amazing and the 溫泉 with massage machine is just perfect. I'm always amazed by how good the Nano series is, can't wait for my next visit.

Everything was great!

Super clean hotel, great staff and comfortable beds and rooms. The Onsen was great and the laundry facilities a plus. We didn't prebook breakfast but ended having it twice and it was fantastic. Location was close to two train stations.

Luggage is still a bit dirty when you drag it to the room. So that negatively affects the concept.

Not many things you can complain here.

Out of many hotels in Osaka, this place is always our favorite. The room is compact but enough space still available. The location is not right in the hot spot but close enough to go anywhere by train or taxi. The price is always very reasonable. The staffs are very helpful and speak English. I truly admire honest business like this hotel.
