United KingdomCould not use the onsen because we have tattoos, but this is normal in Japan. We were on the 10th floor, and our room window was next to a bunch of aircons(?), and below the spa, not sure what was but every morning around 7-7.30am, the room would have this constant noise, almost like a turbine running. Luckily, due to the jet lag we were already awake around that time.
"Great location close to the station and surrounded by lots of dining options. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean and a good size. Breakfast (buffet style) was very good, not many "western" options but nice!

ThailandNothing to complain, but if I really need to write some. - The room size is pretty small, around 14sqm. - There are no bathtub in your room. So, if you are female on period or having tattoo, you can only shower. - The double bed size might not suit for 2 plus size guests.
If you now reading this review, I strongly suggest you book this hotel or at least list it on your top priority. The hotel really suit for 1-2 people stay and extremely value for money. - There are both indoor and open-air Onsen with sauna. After the bath, they provide you with free Ice-cream or probiotic milk. - There are small manga library at the top floor, which you can borrow it and read in your room. - Around 9.30pm. they provide a free ramen service at the restaurant. - The breakfast is testy and varied, they even have special dishes serve in buffet line to suit with festival timing(I go there at Christmas timing, they got strawberry short cake and ChirashiSushi for new year season). - Location is also great, not so far from main station and surround by restaurant and department store. - Staff are very friendly and helpful.
