Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaI wouldn’t rate this as a 4 star hotel, it had the bare minimum a hotel can provide. The breakfast was dissapointing. The room was clean but it smelled bad. It was really close to the train and bus station, close to a Family Mart that was open 24h and a good burger restaurant if you want to eat something other than sushi

United StatesBe careful, the AC unit in our room was not working so we were unable to sleep. It didn’t help that the blanket and pillows were down/alternative down blanket so it made it even hotter. We had not noticed as we went to the festival until night time so it was too late to change rooms.
The rooms were bigger than most standard Japanese hotels.

AustraliaWe stayed there for 3 nights. First night was fine. On the second day we went back to our room around 7pm. We found the room very hot and stuffy. We tried to lower the temperature of the heater but it didn't work. A receptionist came to our room to help to lower the temperature. To our understanding she tried to reset something. It worked and the temperature was fine that night. The next day we went back to our room around 2pm and again we found the room very hot and stuffy. Another receptionist came to our room to have a look. She told us that the temperature in the room cannot be adjusted as it was under central control. She told us to open a windows which didn't help because even though the outside temperature was supposed to be around 14° the sun was shining directly into the room. Eventually we had to open the door of our room to allow cold air to come in from the corridor. It did cool the room down but that night the room was hot again. We had to remove our blanket and slept with the windows open
