No coffee in morning instead of afternoon Hotel should be changed to offer free coffee in the morning

I wouldn’t rate this as a 4 star hotel, it had the bare minimum a hotel can provide. The breakfast was dissapointing. The room was clean but it smelled bad. It was really close to the train and bus station, close to a Family Mart that was open 24h and a good burger restaurant if you want to eat something other than sushi

Quality of the breakfast was low. The eggs were runny. Not terrible tho... Three double beds would have been good for a big family.

Ngyen at the front desk was wonderful. Location was absolutely PERFECT.

Be careful, the AC unit in our room was not working so we were unable to sleep. It didn’t help that the blanket and pillows were down/alternative down blanket so it made it even hotter. We had not noticed as we went to the festival until night time so it was too late to change rooms.

The rooms were bigger than most standard Japanese hotels.

Toilet has funny smell. Bath tub and curtain were stained. Spa time from 3pm to 12 midnight only. Coffee provided from 1pm onwards was too restricted. Got better choice and better nearby too.

The bathroom was a very strange design. Fully glass walls and a toilet with an automatic seat which kept opening and closing! Not a good feature in a small room.

Walking distance from the station. Good facilities, they have bathhouse and provide beverages in the lobby. Good price. Helpful staff and easy check in process.

We stayed there for 3 nights. First night was fine. On the second day we went back to our room around 7pm. We found the room very hot and stuffy. We tried to lower the temperature of the heater but it didn't work. A receptionist came to our room to help to lower the temperature. To our understanding she tried to reset something. It worked and the temperature was fine that night. The next day we went back to our room around 2pm and again we found the room very hot and stuffy. Another receptionist came to our room to have a look. She told us that the temperature in the room cannot be adjusted as it was under central control. She told us to open a windows which didn't help because even though the outside temperature was supposed to be around 14° the sun was shining directly into the room. Eventually we had to open the door of our room to allow cold air to come in from the corridor. It did cool the room down but that night the room was hot again. We had to remove our blanket and slept with the windows open
