Everything was perfect. The location was ideal, room amd facilities were clean and tidy and value for it all was great. I would definitely recommend staying here. Do note there are steep stairs up to the rooms if you have large suitcases.

The floor and walls were thin so there’s some noises when people walked and talked but after 9.00 everything went quieter since every guests were told to not making noises after that time.

- I had a bad neighbors. Walk, run and talking so loud at night. - my bed sheet have some blood on before I make bed - I have to make bed by myself. I understand this is hostel but this is my first time marking bed by myself for hostel, hotel or somewhere that I have to pay money to stay. 😂 - Mattress quite strong

Staff was so friendly and helpful even we’re not understand each other all those conversations. Blankets quite comfortable but you have to make bed by yourself. Just opposite the Kamikochi station

Our room felt slightly cramped but it was only 1 bunk bed and we managed and wasn’t an issue.

It was super clean and the bathroom areas were modern in decor too. It’s in a great location 1 minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station. The staff were very friendly and kind and let us store luggage before and after checkout. We will definitely return.

Clean and convenient to train station/taxi/food in the area. They helped us get a taxi when we were having a hard time getting transportation to the 5th station to start our climb up Fuji. The taxi’s at the train station won’t start until 11am, when we came back from trying the worker let us know he found a taxi service for 5am and helped us book. Very much appreciated.

Inadequate Dustbin Size: The small dustbins in the rooms were a major downside. They quickly filled up and were frequently overflowing with rubbish. A larger dustbin or more frequent emptying would have improved the cleanliness and overall experience. Limited Washing Machines: Having only one washing machine available for guest use proved to be a significant inconvenience. Guests had to endure long waiting times, especially during peak hours. Expanding the laundry facilities by adding more machines would have reduced the waiting time and improved guest satisfaction.

It was kind of odd checking in because the staff were mostly focused on the restaurant and you have to check in at the bar. Plus the luggage storage is basically just stacking luggage right inside of the front door of the restaurant, its not the most secure place.

This is a quaint little second floor hostel situated over their bar and restaurant. The rooms themselves were your usual hostel setup and the building housed the other amenities. It has all the necessary items one would need from a hostel, is super clean and relaxing to move around. Perhaps the best part is the location right next to the main drag in Kawaguchiko. Basically everything is walkable. Plus the price is hard to beat.

The location is absolutely great! Near the station and other spots of interest. The stuff is very helpful. Rooms are comfortable and beds too. Shower rooms and toilet are clean.

- the location it’s exactly next to the bus and train station. - 20 min walking distance from Fuji-Q Land Park - many shops and restaurants around - staff is very nice and friendly - toilets and showers are very clean even if it’s a common area - rooms are new - great value overall The only minus it’s that it doesn’t have a proper common kitchen or dinning area like most of the hostels and also, the beds are not the most confortable, but again it’s an very nice location where i’ll go back if i’ll visit again that area.

Only thing I can point out was that the floor in my room wasn’t vacuumed/cleaned properly before I checked in, or maybe it was forgotten? When I checked in, I didn’t stay in the room, I just wanted to put my bag in there and then continue with my activities for the day; that’s when I noticed there was a lot of hair on the floor and the bin hadn’t been emptied either. But since I was only staying one night, I didn’t take it further :)

The staff were really kind and accommodating, let me store my bag at the hostel before check in and after check out. The hostel itself is located right next to the station and only a 10 min walk to lake Kawaguchiko, very convenient. The room was actually very spacious, bigger than most rooms you can find in Tokyo, so there’s lots of space for luggage! Also it wasn’t so bad with the noise outside the room, I barely heard the other guests :)

Location, near kawaguchiko station, easy to catch the bus or train I had two bookings for 2 consecutive nights in different type of the rooms so I had to checkout and checkin again. On the second night, I got very quiet room and very pleasant stay.
