PhilippinesIt smells like cigarettes, and the bed is a bit firmer than I expected, but overall, it’s okay for the price if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay. It’s just a bit far from the tourist attractions. The breakfast was a bit chaotic, not very organized, and didn’t look very clean.

The staff was extremely helpful, offering to change our rooms so we could be closer to each other with a Mount Fuji view—a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even better. The location is also great, near JR Shin-Fuji Station, making it very convenient for travel. Highly recommended for both the service and the view!

MalaysiaOverall, my stay was great, but one downside was the breakfast. The menu was a bit limited, so if you're looking for variety, it might not be the best option. However, the food that was available was decent, and considering the convenience and helpful staff, it didn't take away too much from the overall experience.
I had a great stay at Toyoko Inn Fuji! The location is incredibly convenient, being just a stone's throw away from Shin-Fuji Station, making it easy to get around. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. What really stood out to me, however, was the staff—they were extremely helpful and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure guests had everything they needed. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

The room was small but super practical. Room design was well thought through. 1 single room for 1 pax is v comfortable in terms of space. 2, I think will be tight. Amenities was complete. Nothing fancy but they hv pyjamas, microwave, the usual kits etc. They even hv laundry room which is super practical for me as I dont like bringing home back from travels dirty laundy. Bfast was sufficient. Again nothing fancy but practical. The check in is at 4pm and check out at 10am, but they hv free facility to put ur luggage which saves u money for the coin locker.

AustraliaWe were only here for 1 night but found the location to be quite secluded with not much going on. We struggled to find restaurants in the area that were open for lunch/dinner. I would say the location isn't very "tourist friendly" as there isn't much to do however, it was still great to see though! We probably wouldn't stop here again and just book the Shinkansen straight to our destination.
We really wanted to see Mt. Fuji during our visit to Japan so we arrived here via Shinkansen from Tokyo to break up our trip to Osaka. The hotel was right next to the station which was great! My partner and I are very tall people and we were VERY happy with the size of the room and bed once we checked in. It's a great hotel to have a night in and the breakfast was a great add on as there isn't much else in the area. We managed to get a glimpse of Mt Fuji as we were checking out!
