Located near the City office. Very close to the main shopping street, many restaurants and Kobe minato. Near Sannomiya station. Very helpful staff. You also can use post service right at the Hotel's reception.

The location isn’t close to JR station much. A little bit far if you have to walk with big baggages. However, it is acceptable if you don’t need to carry heavy stuffs. I notices some dust on couch corner but overall is clean.

Nice vibes and atmosphere. There are various amenities you can pick at the lobby. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in good environment not noisy/crowded. Easy to walk to shopping and restaurant areas.

It would have been nice to have bottles of water in the room. It is common in Japan so we were a little surprised when there was none.

Not particularly full of amenities but good for a night of quiet sleep and exploration of Kobe. Room size typical by Japanese standards, so good for 1 person but might feel cramped with more.

According to western standards this was an incredible hotel and very well run. But by the standard of Japanese hotels which I have stayed I have only one small, minor complaint. The bathroom could have been a little bit better laid out and there was a lack of storage in the room. There was a lack of space to store my things and the counter space was very limited. The closet in the room was tiny, allowing me to only fit few shirts and not really have anywhere else to put luggage. Perhaps a few more shelves or extra drawers would have helped with the problem. Also the bathroom is not a wet bathroom, so if you want a place with a wet bathroom as opposed to just a shower with a curtain be aware that this is not the standard Japanese wet bathroom set up.

Wonderful location just a short walk from Sannomiya station and the biggest entertainment district in Kobe. Also was a short walk to the port and coast. My room was as described and quite comfortable.
