Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. The room was not properly cleaned, we found hairs on the bathroom walls. Breakfast was not a service provided by the hotel

Bed took up the entire room. Had no space to unfold luggage

No telephone in the room for outgoing calls......and I wish they had a safe in the room.
supply good toilet articles and tea,coffee,etc...which I could pick up myself if I wanted.

Located near the City office. Very close to the main shopping street, many restaurants and Kobe minato. Near Sannomiya station. Very helpful staff. You also can use post service right at the Hotel's reception.

The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Kobe. Friendly staff, clean rooms. I asked to leave things at the reception until I come to check-in. Thank you, this is very convenient.

The location isn’t close to JR station much. A little bit far if you have to walk with big baggages. However, it is acceptable if you don’t need to carry heavy stuffs. I notices some dust on couch corner but overall is clean.
Nice vibes and atmosphere. There are various amenities you can pick at the lobby. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in good environment not noisy/crowded. Easy to walk to shopping and restaurant areas.

It would have been nice to have bottles of water in the room. It is common in Japan so we were a little surprised when there was none.
The hotel itself was lovely and in a quiet part of the city. Some lovely bars and restaurants around.

Furnitures were a bit old and there is usb port for charging.
Location was very good, near station. Room was clean and confortable. Amenities were awesome, they even give bath salt.

No parking space. Not easy to find the hotel. No breakfast services

Not particularly full of amenities but good for a night of quiet sleep and exploration of Kobe. Room size typical by Japanese standards, so good for 1 person but might feel cramped with more.
Quiet area in downtown Kobe. Not far from the port area or Chinatown or Sannomiya station. Good for the night, especially for the price.

According to western standards this was an incredible hotel and very well run. But by the standard of Japanese hotels which I have stayed I have only one small, minor complaint. The bathroom could have been a little bit better laid out and there was a lack of storage in the room. There was a lack of space to store my things and the counter space was very limited. The closet in the room was tiny, allowing me to only fit few shirts and not really have anywhere else to put luggage. Perhaps a few more shelves or extra drawers would have helped with the problem. Also the bathroom is not a wet bathroom, so if you want a place with a wet bathroom as opposed to just a shower with a curtain be aware that this is not the standard Japanese wet bathroom set up.
Wonderful location just a short walk from Sannomiya station and the biggest entertainment district in Kobe. Also was a short walk to the port and coast. My room was as described and quite comfortable.
