Very comfortable and spacious modern apartment. Located on the bank of aumida river, with very nice river view. The placed is managed and there is a reception on the ground floor. The beds are very comfortable. Perfect place for a family with 2 chuldren.

It was absolutely fabulous! Room is nicer than seems in pictures. Rooftop patio was spectacular. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Not sure if is standard from Japan but isolation from outside in regards to climate wasn’t great. The climatizatiom was very effective but we were feeling not really environmentally friendly die huge consume of energy. The house was freezing very quick when heating turned off. It would be great if the management could invest in properly isolated windows. - it could even make sense economically.

Very nice and spacious apartment. One of the rooms have no windows. We did not ise it though. We loved the bad, the coffee and location was central but quiet.

superb room and service from employees. room was spacious and clean, with a variety of in-room amenities, including a free welcome gift of wine and snacks- very nice. closest station is around a 12 minute walk, no issue there. convenience store nearby, easily accessible. very nice location to take casual strolls. superb staff, an employee tatsuki (ty) even went out of his way to personally help my group navigate around the immensely busy train stations, that can be a bit difficult to decipher first time around. also helped with the luggage forwarding system and filling out paperwork. overall, very friendly and welcoming employee since first night stay. loved ulu tokyo, highly recommend for anyone’s first time here in tokyo.

Limited food options near by but not a far walk away. Public transport is also a little bit of a walk. Wasn't an issue for us as getting out and about is part of our travel style but may be for others

Lovely clean and new. Lots of western features and still felt japanese. The 2 bed apartment was very generous in size based on other hotels we have stayed in. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Nothing needs to be changed. The only thing to be aware of is that you have to walk quite far to places. But that’s the trade off for the view on the river.

Our welcome was marvellous. Cleanliness is perfect. View is amazing. The room spacious. Kitchen well equipped the microwave plays music while it cooks. Highly recommended.

It was our first time in Tokyo so I haven't got much reference but it felt like it was a little out of the way from the main centres, but that meant it was quiet and relaxing.

A very modern, spacious, and stylish place overlooking the Sumida River. We were grateful for the view as we were quite sick so it was nice to be able to look outside and watch the world going on. The property had everything we needed, except a toaster. But using a pan sufficed. The free coffee, snacks, wine, laundry powder, etc were all a very nice touch. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom large and extremely new and clean. A huge TV, dining table for four, USB ports, etc all made for a comfortable stay. They have free drinks in the lobby in the evening as well. There's even a roof top hang out spot to enjoy the view even more! 2 mins walk from a 7/11 store with a LUUP station. Plus about the same distance to a nice espresso bar/cafe. The nearest train station is about a 7 min walk over the river. It was relatively expensive but you get what you pay for!

The locations was a little farther from the train station and other areas than we would have liked. Fine for adults, but we had kids and the extra walking made for long days

The apartment was excellent, lots of space, rooms for kids and ourselves, a full kitchen and fridge was very handy, even though we ate out a lot, it was really nice to have breakfest at home before heading out for the day.

Really like everything. Free laundry detergent. Cleaning on demand. On top of these they gave us a complimentary bag of fresh coffee whole beans for breakfast and a bottle of rose sparkling wine as a welcome.

Of the many places we stayed in Tokyo this was our favorite. It is spacious, and great views, the staff was great, super clean. 3 side windows - hello. - the subways are a few minutes walk to which we liked a lot. the area also is very spacious and not crowed as in places like Shibuya. It is quiet as well. The views were a plus. if traveling w family - it so comfortable. there is separate bedroom w 2 single beds besides the other 2 beds (4 beds total), washer and dryer in the apt. and a nice balcony. great way to start the day and end the day the beautiful spacious views.
