Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Important to find the central exit n head right after you go down the flight of stairs from where Starbucks is. There is an underpass n Hotel.is right there. Super convenient once u locate it.

You can hear trains go by intermittently but that's to be expected for convenient location so close to station. Osaka trains stop around midnight so quiet after that.
Very convenient location 2 min walk from Shin Osaka. We only used room to sleep as arrived late and left early. Good size, has a desk. Reception area looked nice, lounge for residents but we didn't have time to try.

V good location. Need to get out of the right exit. Central exit. Down the escalator by starbucks n turn right towards "under pass." It took us a while to locate it, but once we found it.. it was quite easy n close to station. Will stay here again. Keep in mind that room size is by Japanese std. Adequate n comfortable

The bathroom is compact but completely understandable since it's a standard Japanese bathroom. Taller guests might have a hard time taking a shower. But aside from that, all amenities are complete and the overall stay was comfortable.
The hotel is just a few meters away from Shin-Osaka Station, which is very convenient for travelers who prefer to take the train rather than taxis. The hotel staff are very accommodating and communicate well. The best part is there's a 7/11 attached to the hotel at the ground floor.

The outside of the bathroom door had brown stains that I had to wipe off with an antibacterial wipe. Apart from this, the rest of the room was adequately clean.
Proximity to station, convenience of Seven Eleven downstairs and Family Mart across the road, helpful staff, the room had good soundproofing so it was not too noisy despite being in busy location

Can occasionally hear the trains but I guess that is the downside of staying super close to the train station Room was very small, I struggled to open my luggage
Extremely convenient location. 5min walk from Shin Osaka station. 7/11 downstairs. Would recommend if you intend to stay in Osaka and do road trips to Kyoto, Hiroshima etc.

Our rooms were located facing a busy street, so late night noise was inevitable sometimes. As many comments already mentioned "motorcycle gangs" - we can just confirm that from time to time there were very loud motorcycle sounds late at night. The trains weren't running at night, so we only heard them occasionally during operation times.
The location was superb - literally 5 minutes away from Shin-Osaka Station and even only 1 minute away from the local subway. We had a Seven Eleven Convenience store at ground level in the Hotel building. The staff was very nice and helpful and also managed to send our luggage from Osaka to Tokyo via Yamato Takkyubin for only 40€ in total. The hotel lobby was also very clean, entering your room floor was only possible with the hotel key card, so no unauthorized persons could enter anywhere. The rooms were standard Japanese sized, but exceptionally clean! Every necessity was provided and the interior was very modern.

Cramped room, nowhere to put 2nd suitcase except on the floor. Breakfast provided in Shin-Osaka train station.

The breakfast is located at the trainststion and depending on the time, there is a waiting line to get in, only 2 breakfast options csn be chosen (it was good tough)
Great location, close by to the Shinkansen station. A 7 Eleven is basically on the ground floor of the hotel.
