It's a bit too close to Shin-Osaka station in terms of noise. But proximity was also the reason I chose it.

1) I love how they have an external HDMI port for their TV. That's a feature I've been wishing for during my past 15-year travels. 2) I love that they have an 7-11 at 1F of the hotel. 3) They collaborate with a Cafe at Shin-Osaka station for breakfast. It's nice. 4) The room is clean. Service is nice.

Location is incredibly convenient if you take trains from shin-osaka. It's just outside of the gate 7 and less than 10 minutes walking to the shinkansen central gate. The hotel is simple, but clean and comfortable.

Location is super convenient, 1 minute walk to subway Station and 3 minutes walk to JR train station. Room is clean and bed is comfy. Staff are very helpful and friendly. 7/11 store is at the 1st floor. Lots of good food around the neighbourhood. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Osaka.

Hotel should have updated that breakfast was outside Hotel facility. No clear instructions on how to go to restaurant. Hotel counter staff cannot speak English at all and made us wait; but they continue to serve local guests. Treat foreigners like 2nd class citizens.

The area itself wasn’t very lively. This was fine for us as we needed more early nights due to our itinerary but if you’re hoping for a busy evening then it is only a short train away!

Close to shin-osaka station for the subway and the shinkansen! Staff super friendly and room really clean. Bathroom a little small but to be expected and good condition. Can hear the train at night but it stops before midnight so nothing bad

None, except I hope staff could speak English and inform me that there are two different Via Inn hotels near the Shin-Osaka station so that I would not have gone to the wrong hotel in the first place.

Near to Shin-Osaka train station. However, there are 2 Via Inn hotels. One is near the East exit. This VIA INN Shin-Osaka Shomenguchi is near to the central exit. You have to take escalator or lift down to the ground floor then you look for Starbucks. From there, take escalator down and then turn right. Walk to the end of the building then turn left and then walk about 1 minutes, you will see 7 eleven and the hotel is just next to it. Please take note that no bottles water is provided for all Via Inn hotels.

very bad internet (this is the only time whwn internet was bad in japan), bit awkward reception area: thete is nothing on thr ground floor, you have to take the lift to the next level - it was far from obvious from the outside. breakfast are served in two places at the train station, not in the hotel. both were bad

I wish the rooms were a bit bigger. But for that price, I shouldn't be complaining.

I loved the proximity to the Shin-Osaka Station. The facility was very clean. Breakfast partnered with 2 restaurants in the station is a great idea. The staff are friendly. And the price for the 4 of us was great. I also like that they had coin laundry machines. And that 711 was on the 1st floor of the hotel. It was great! Thank you, Via Inn.

The location is great, steps from a subway line, and is close to the Shinkansen station. It has a 7 eleven conveniently located at the entrance of the hotel. Comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Osaka.
