Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I am very satisfied with the location and the room.
The location suited my needs as I wanted to be close to Osaka Station but also away from the crowd. The walk to the station was completely underground and I was close to elevators and restaurants, shops and rest rooms. I was also able to walk to many places around Osaka Station with no problems. The ambience of the hotel is quietly classy. My room was very comfortable. Although some of the staff were less proficient in English, they tried very hard and I was able to send my luggage ahead to my next destination with no trouble at all. They all had great manners!

Hotel is clean, staff are helpful, has a wide array of restaurants around the area and close to Umeda station/JR Osaka station. Has 7 eleven at the ground floor which is very convenient! The room is small but is the norm in Japan. Overall, recommended 👍

Pillows were too hard and bed was slightly too firm for our preference.
Location to Osaka station and Umeda area was good. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good value. Room was clean and large enough for a short stay.

There is alot of restaurant nearby, alot of option even during late night before 11130pm just outside of the hotel. There’s a 7-11 connected with the hotel, which is really convenience. The room is big, decent bathtub with affordable price. Very close to the train station, literally just in front of hotel.

Google maps struggles with walking directions in Osaka and the hotel can be difficult to locate. The pillows are awfully hard. We purchased small pillows from Daiso to use instead. The breakfast could offer more variety but is adequate.
The property is in a very central location. The rooms are comfortable and compact. The laundry facilities are very convenient and easy to use. Breakfast is located on the top floor with city views of Osaka.

Great location - direct access from Osaka station via the underground shopping precinct. Busy area but no noise in the room. Staff were exceptional. Breakfast service really good on 12th floor overlooking the city.

Just a small detail. We had to ask for a 2nd set of pillows the 2nd night because the ones provided were a bit uncomfortable, but the second set were ok.

This hotel was located just 500mt away from the train/metro station. Fabulous for getting around. Although it was in a nightlife part of town, there was no noise in our room.

The VOD had no series I could watch without paying. I also didn't identify if there was a public bath - there didn't seem to be mention of one. I thought there was, which is why I booked it and it was closer to the station. But, there wasn't one. Breakfast was good, but not as full as what I have accessed at other hotels for similar pricing.
Easy walk from Osaka Station and also where I needed to catch the limousine bus to go to Kansai airport. Staff were lovely. Quiet and good space in my room, comfy bed. Close to the mall where there are heaps of places to eat and get food. Easy to connect to transport to get to anywhere I wanted to go. Close to the department stores, so perfect for my last day of shopping.

Our only criticism would be the checkout time. Most hotels in Japan (at least in our experience) have an 11am checkout time, but this hotel was 10am. They will look after your bags once you've checked out though.
Really good hotel and the location is ideal. It's really close to lots of transport links at Umeda and there are so many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. We only had one night here before leaving Japan, but we both wished we had stayed here for our initial three nights the first time we arrived in Osaka. The room we were given was quite a bit larger than most other hotels we stayed at during our trip, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful.

Rooms quite dated, mattresses and pillows a bit hard, and fasciitis very basic.

The room was a little cramp feeling due to layout.
After realising you had to walk over the bridge straight from JR Osaka station, location was easy to find and convenient from JR Osaka station.
