The hotel is very conveniently located above a shopping mall, with lovely staff and nice toiletries. The onsen is beautiful, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. The only slightly frustrating thing is the buffet breakfast is done out of a slightly small restaurant so at times we were waiting 10-15mins to be seated for breakfast. Rooms were clean and good sized. Great stay!

A great spread for breakfast - buffet style covering the Toyama delicacies. Hotel stay was lovely. Love the onsen in the hotel! Comfortable with high ceiling and a small outdoor area.

Spacious room, clean and cosy. Staff are polite and professional. Would book here again if I’m in Toyama. Right next door to the station and inside Maroot mall. Very convenient location.

The breakfast was excellent. It is a five-minute walk from the station, and we can shop within the building.

The wash supplies and coffee/ tea are placed at front desk. Since the price is not cheap, so expect all these should be put in the room.

Location! Nearest hotel to the train station with an attached shopping centre with plenty of retail and eating options. It's a very new hotel so the room quality was top notch. We could even see via our Smart TV whether the washers were in use! The complimentary onsen was great too. There was also a simple but well-stocked lounge with complimentary tea and coffee facilities.

Two minutes walk from the toyama station, the room is clean and quiet, and has enough space for luggages. It is the best choice for transferring, very convenient for shopping and eating.

Breakfast was a disappointment. I was expecting good sushi as advertised. But the sushi standard was just mediocre. Breakfast choice was limited too. Coffee was from a pot, not freshly brewed. But there’s better coffee from the guest lounge coffee machine

Central location. The breakfast is a bit pricey but sure looks good. Departmental store and supermart is just below, with sheltered walkway to train station where there are lots of food options. Staff is always available and the lobby has a view of the Japanese Central Alps. Rooms are compact but is well equipped.

The hotel is located in central Toyama and it is easy to locate. There is also parking available for Y$1300 per night. The room is sufficiently big for 3 adults and the bathroom is very clean. The public ofuro is also big so it is quite enjoyable. As the hotel is next to a shopping mall, it is also very easy to get food. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also very good.

Toyama is currently advertising the city by providing 2 tram rides to each international tourist for free and you were suppose to get them from the hotel staff. But the reception staff didn’t mention anything about this to us. We only found out from a brochure outside the hotel and asked them before they gave them to us.. there were also free snacks available at the counter during check-in/out and it wasn’t pointed out to us too and the instructions were all in Japanese so we couldn’t have known until we saw someone else taking them.. basically they kinda lacked initiative a little? But it wasn’t too bad overall.

Very near to the train station. Great as a place for stay before embarking on Tateyama Alpine Route. Has a public bath and free coffee from machine.

This hotel is priced slightly higher than a more basic option, but the quality and amenities make it well worth the extra cost.

The room was comparatively spacious, with a well-designed bathroom where the toilet is separate from the shower and bath. It even had a large shower cubicle in addition to the bathtub, which is a rare find in Japan. The room was cleverly designed with plenty of ledges to place items on, and it included a bench in addition to the beds. The heat pump/air conditioning worked well, and the TV allowed for easy mirroring from mobile devices, which was a great feature. The mattress and pillows were also very comfortable.
