I stayed for two days and did not ask for room cleaning on second day, because my luggage was unpacked. I would like to thank the cleaning staff for being so considerate. She left extra towels for us outside our room door. That was great service. A big thumbs up for this hotel. Plus the hotel provide a lounge with free flow of coffee and water near the lobby.

On the 4th floor there were quite a few nice restaurants. We ate at the sushi restaurant for dinner and enjoyed our meal. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is brand new! It has a convenient location, with a mall situated below and right beside the tram and JR Toyama station. Despite its proximity to the station, I was pleasantly surprised that there was no disturbance from any noise. The presence of coin-operated washer and dryer proved to be perfect for travelers like me. Additionally, there's a TV available to monitor the status of my laundry and know precisely when it's ready for collection. The beds in the hotel are incredibly comfortable, and there's plenty of space to open my luggage without feeling cramped. Since hotels in Japan are generally known for their smaller size, this spaciousness was a great advantage for me. One of the highlights of my stay was the traditional Japanese-style breakfast served at the hotel. The medicated porridge with its delightful condiments provided the perfect start to the day. Overall, my experience at the hotel was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to fellow travelers.
