There is nothing negative to say about our stay.

Great location close to the train station. Lovely, helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us when we had questions about the area. We had booked an accessible room but there was a bit of a mixup when we arrived and they had us booked into a regular room. The staff were wonderful and changed the booking so that we had the room we originally booked, which was very comfortable. We often ate at the cafe downstairs and befriended some of the staff who were very happy to practice their english with us. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Very nice place to stay in Hiroshima! Very close by walk to the center and very close to the train station. Very clean but the pillows were too hard to sleep correctly!

Tourists staying for longer than one night would be better off in Hatchobori, as there's little of interest in the immediate vicinity. There's a construction site at the back of the hotel at time of writing. The room is a typically cramped Japanese business hotel room with a tiny plastic bathroom. It's supposed to be 14sq metres, but that seems an ambitious measurement that includes the bathroom. It's more like 10-11sq metres. Pretty much no room to move around or open a case. While the onsen is nice to have, as it's a business hotel it's extremely busy in the mornings for men.

Stylish for a business hotel. Decent soundproofing. Five minutes walk to the station, so convenient for a one night stay. Good value (if you can get a good deal). Staff were pleasant and efficient.

Ladies bath was showing as full for the entire evening we stayed, which is not the hotel’s fault but was a shame.

Great location a short walk from the station, with convenience stores just opposite. The room was a good size, equipped with everything we needed. Staff at the check-in desk were super friendly and answered any questions we had.

Messages in the room indicate that the tap water is drinkable but it tastes really bad. Complementary water bottles should be included in the rooms. I did find a good cold water machine in the onsen so recommend filling up water bottles there.

Great location just down the block from Hiroshima train station. Clean & new feeling & good onsen on the top floor too.

The room is spacious. The location was near Hiroshima station, about 5 mins walk from Hiroshima station to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a laundry area that is good.

You get a little bit of noise from the station, but nothing dramatic.

Amazing spacious room with all the features, very easy access to comodities at reception, the personnel is very attentive and gave me a great lunch recommendation.

Great stay, with probably the most welcoming greeting and check-in, I had from the team and from Nozomi. A great place to stay if you want to visit Miyajima and other sightseeing spots in and around Hiroshima, thanks to its location.

Small. Double room identical to single. Good for one person but for two people and baggage there's no room to move. Fine for one night though.
