The room was quite small, which might be a bit challenging for travelers with large luggage or those who prefer more space.

I had a pleasant stay at Via Inn Prime Kyotoeki Hachijoguchi. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from Kyoto Station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation and exploring the city. The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made the stay comfortable.

The bed was so comfortable. There’s a 7eleven, next to the lobby with direct access from inside the hotel. Just one block from Kyoto station

Excellent location - near Kyoto Station Spacious rooms with modern & new bathroom fittings They have a paid service to transfer Bags to Tokyo, which is very useful. They have delivered bags to my Hotel at Tokyo next day as promised. Great Value for money

If we had planned more days in Kyoto! Our own fault :(

The description and photos were nice. It turned out to be the most comfortable and cozy hotel room of our whole trip. We were sad to leave after our stay. We would have loved to have stayed longer. The breakfast was amazing too. It was super handy to have the 7 Eleven downstairs as well.

the hotel far away from all the touristy spots so you need to walk a little far to take the bus.

the hotel is near kyoto station so it’s easy to find. i like that it’s clean and comfy. the staffs are nice and accommodating too. the checkin and checkout are done using the machine so i guess it’s easy and fast.

A wonderful hotel, so close to kyoto station and lots of sights. The room size was plentiful even for a single room, very very clean and the staff was so friendly. The breakfast was amazing, so many options to choose from, lots of tables and space in the resturant and fresh tasty food.

The room I got was very big, and the room clean staff is very helpful lan The location is excellent ,7/11 just down at the front foyer and train station 3 minutes away. Laundry facilities in the hotel superb. Wow definitely will come back to this hotel.

The bed that nearer to the window, wan be quite cold esp during winter when we stayed. Maybe some improvement on heat/temperature proof apply on the window.

This is one of our best stay at our trip. Near to Kyoto station, and a 7/11 convenient store just below. The room was spacious, TV is updated by latest entertainment. Overall we have nothing much to pick. We just love the stay

Great hotel, wish we had a longer stay. The room and bathroom are huge, and really clean. Really good location, just a short walk to Namba station. We’ll be looking at this chain for future stays.

Dark lobby.

The place is close to kyoto station is just a few minutes walk. The hotel was spacious. And there was a mini lounge that is a plus for me. And i really like the decaf coffee in the amenities. Very handy combini downstairs.

The location was excellent - less than 5 min walk to Kyoto station There is shopping mall near by also less than 5 min walk - small Don Quixote, GU, and others The staff was excellent - they have facilities for storing/locking your luggage if you arrive before checkin time or if you are still in city after checkout. In the lobby they have area where you can take any extra room amenities you might need (tea, bathroom items, etc.) Also, when you don't have your room cleaned for the day - they still leave you a bag of clean towels hanging on the doorknob - that was a nice touch. The comforters were excellent on the bad - my wife and mother in law enjoyed them very much. There is a 7-11 attached to the hotel - they have their own entrance into the 7-11. You don't even have to go outside hotel to get there - that was cool. They have multiple floors with laundry facilities (washer/dryer combo, not separate machines) - I like these very much b/c you put in a PIN code to lock the washer/dryer so no one can touch your clothes until you unlock it.
