We would return the same hotel after a few days and would like to store large luggage during the time we left. The staff refused to do so at the beginning. After several request, they accepted to offer the assistance but emphasize No next time. This would be one of my concern to book this hotel next time.

The only thing I would say that could be improved is that the washing/drying machines didn't actually work. I waited many hours for my clothes to dry but unfortunately they still wouldn't dry in the end. Spent about ¥1200 for laundry which still didn't end up drying. Would recommend to go somewhere else for laundry or not use the machines there.

The bathroom was amazing and the staff were so nice. The location was very good as well and everything was so clean and comfy.

There was a few blood stains on the quilt cover and I had to wash them before I had a good night sleep.

Close to station. There are a lot of eateries in the station and nearby. Convenience stores are just around the corner.

Location is very convenient (close to Nagoya station), rooms are modern and clean, laundry machines are great and can be monitored via the tv in the room, all in all the hotel has everything you need for a good price.

They give you only one key card that is very inconvenient when one of you need to go outside. The breakfast choice is very limited. Only one vending machine in entire buildings. I ask staff about check out. He point the machine and then turn back and walk away into the room immediately.

Location, near the station and has a lot of restaurants nearby. King size bed which is hard to find with this price. Room is spacious. Bathroom is very good. The dry section is seperate from the wet section which is very good.

Room is smaller than I expected. You would have room to open a large suitcase. But it is a business hotel so it is expected.

Short walk to Nagoya station, quite easy to find. Lots of food choices close by. It was nice and quite but close to the busy Nagoya station. Can access all the underground shopping area under the station.

it‘s not that I didn‘t like, it‘s just a bit inconvenient for me because I couldn‘t find any shower caps at the amenity corner.

the whole building looks very new. Staff were so polite and helpful. Check in and check out process were quite fast. The bed was super comfy and room was clean. Even though the hotel isn‘t that near to the train station exit, its location is quite convenient. Just a short walk, about 5 mins from train station (I‘m not sure about the exit name, but the nearest underground one shold be E4 and it doesn‘t come with escalator). Surrounding by a lot of restaurants, fruit stalls and convenient stores, even if we come back to the hotel late at night, there are still restaurants open and still many people around.

the economic room is just for solo travellers. it’s a bit packed for 2 ppl

it’s near the JR Nagoya station with all the necessities that you need modern and clean room / amenities (the shampoo and conditioner are sooo nice I must say!)

Room is a little small size. And the breakfast can be buffet style (its currently main course + salad bar).

Convenient location with lots of restaurants, cafes and convenience stores nearby. Also near to JR Nagoya station and several shopping malls like ESCA and Takashimaya etc. There is a self-service counter at the lobby where guests can take the necessities such as toiletries, coffee and tea bags etc. Bed is comfortable and nice and new property
