Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesYou do hear other guests coming and going and pillows are somewhat hard, but that is common in Japan
Great little find in quiet area with lots of walking options for food or shopping near by. The Okinawa MRT is about one block away which makes for great transportation. The room is clean and had decent internet speeds. THe motel is usually quiet, you don't hear street noise

United StatesThe hotel’s front entrance is a bit obscure and hard to find as there’s no big sign in front. Suggest to look at Google’s street view of the hotel before heading over. On our check in day, I was driving to the hotel and planning to drop off my fellow travelers / luggage but there was no parking space right in front of the hotel. Since I didn’t want to park in the middle of the road to block the traffic, I ended up parking at the Aeon Mall’s parking lot and walked 3 minutes to drop everyone off. If you are taking a taxi or public transportation to the hotel, this wouldn’t be an issue. Also, just as a tip for future guests that the hotel can call a taxi for the guests to go to the airport.
The hotel is right next to the Aeon Mall and the Oroku light rail station which is only two stops away from the airport. The business hotel has a small lobby with 1-2 staff. There’s a restaurant adjacent to the lobby and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel let us store our luggage for a few hours after we checked out. The two twin rooms we booked were nice, clean and quiet. We even got a street view from our hotel windows.

SingaporeCheck out is rather early, at 10am. It can be extended at 1000Yen per hour though
The room size surprises me, which is unusual for a Japanese 3-star hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was well equipped with everything I need

SingaporeStaff is very unfriendly. No smile, no talk, no service. Simply business like, quick take your key and go to your room.
Excellent location for a stopover before flying off early next morning. Nearby mall is fun and full of interesting things. Food options are great. Near to convenience store too. Room is spacious and clean.

United KingdomThe only 2 slight problems were that the air condition was either very cold or we were too hot (we tried different settings). And also we could hear everything from the corridor which wasn't ideal as we had a very short night's sleep :(
Very nice place, well decorated and super optimised. Well located and very cute. Super clean and it had everything we needed! It's only 2 monorail stations from the airport which is super convenient! The staff was very lovely and offered to keep our luggage for us before check-in time.

SingaporeWindow is frosted, probably no view outside but does feel a bit like I’m underground. Parking is ¥1000 overnight, but free for 1 hour.
Very good location. Near the monorail, restaurants, and aeon mall just a few minutes walk away. 2 monorail stops from airport. Room is clean and bigger than expected. Value for money. Staff are helpful with parking and also calling a cab to the airport. Great if you are looking for a place to stay to catch a flight but still want to have some place to eat and shop.
