Spacious room only a few minutes from the peace park, super clean with a neat layout. Fantastic amenities with a common downstairs area with desks and an in house laundry!

Nothing - I was impressed by this hostel - it felt more like a hotel.

The room was very spacious - I was impressed. I had a private room with a bunk bed but it was just for me. Bed was really comfy, shower and bathroom were very clean and nice. Location was great. Staff were super friendly. They also have a storage room to keep luggage for free after checkout and there were vending machines on my floor to grab a drink. Towels provided.

Superfriendly staff!! We had a double private room which was immaculately clean and sufficiently spacious (according to japanese standards). Location was great, close to Peace Memorial Park and the museum, shopping street and bars, restaurants etc. On the ground floor there is a shared space where you can get coffee and a light lunch or snacks. Would definitely stay here again!!

The hotel controls the AC in terms of heating or cooling. It was oddly warm in Japan at the time of year we went (November) and so we had to borrow a small fan to cool the room down.

Great location to explore Hiroshima. About a 30 minute walk from the main station but still easy to get around. Room was a good size and the bed was very big as well. Staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our time there.

Only cons were the lack of daylight in my room and a very small room size. Considering the price, those are very negligible cons!

Excellent value for the price! Staff was very warm and welcoming, the room and the entire hotel were clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is located in a quiet side alley of a major street, so it's easily accessible by public transport but nice and quiet. Walking distance from a major shopping district.

Everything. This place was perfect for our stay in Hiroshima. We were close enough to everything and it was so easy to get around via the streetcars and buses if we wanted to go a little further out. The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are cosy but well laid out so everything fits and can be accessed easily. The amenities are super useful and clean and the staff were amazing. All-in-all, a perfect stay.

The guests who sat in the nice common area staring at their devices instead of talking with each other. Miyajima hiking trail was way more sociable.

High marks across the board. Front-desk staff is outstanding (I spoke with maybe six of them). The welcome includes a whiteboard near the elevator that has the national flags of all guests currently in the hotel. Wish I’d been able to stay another night.

Capsules are small and have no ventilation. You have to ask the front desk for a fan. But all in all the capsule was fine

The 50 bed dorm was remarkably quiet at night. Not for talkative couples. The private room was really private and comfy.

So close to the A Bomb memorials and the ferries to Miyajima Island . Eateries and shopping are close too. Excellent location . Food is good and they have a great work place and relaxing room too.

The weather was pretty warm during our stay. We travel with a 2-liter CamelBak backpack, and it would have been great to have ice to fill it up. Additionally, after a long day, we would have appreciated having ice available for drinks in our room. The hotel only provided small amounts at a time, which was a bit inconvenient. What we didn’t like was the size of the rooms, particularly the bidet area, which felt very cramped. Although I'm not especially tall, my knees would hit the wall when sitting down, and bumping my head against the wall was quite uncomfortable and inconvenient.

Although breakfast was sold out during our stay and we had to go out for the morning meal, we appreciated the convenience of the café/restaurant in the hotel, which stayed open late. It was a great option for drinks and light bites, and came in handy a couple of times when we needed a quick snack or refreshment. Additionally, while the hotel wasn't able to forward our suitcase to the next location, they kindly recommended a nearby service.

The bed is too soft for me.

The location is really great. I can go to the dome area, shopping area and Hiroshima bus centre by walk around 10 mins. 2 mins walk to the nearest convenice store. The dining place is good and relax with good seating and spacing. The room is really quite, good for sleep. The price is comparatively good for twin beds when compared to nearby hotel/ hostels.

The capsule is not very well ventilated. Only the dorm room is ventilated meaning you have to leave the curtain open a bit to get good ventilation in the capsule
