Not too near convenience store. But it wasn't a problem for us since we were driving. Some occupants are really noisy on one of the night. But this is beyond the control since it is too late at night to talk to the staff via messaging.

Staff very helpful and all information will be sent to you a day prior to check in, very easy to check in even though there is no physical staff on site. Staff very responsive when we had questions asked via messages. Room is great for 3 of us with plenty of spaces to dry our laundry and gather for chat at night.

It is clean and comfortable! One property on a floor, no need to worry about the privacy. There is heat in every room and living room, which is not always the case in other properties. The mattresses are comfortable and beddings are smooth and soft. Everyone in my family likes it!

Bit of a walk from most of the attractions if you are not driving.

Clean and spacious, with tasteful minimalist furniture and deco.The Harman Kardon bluetooth speaker is a bonus. Place is huge and can fit 2 in the western-style room and 4 in the japanese-style room.

As tourist group of 7 .. i shall have car in full time basis in this location .. or stay in the middle of the city.. near Sapporo staion. This to consider fir first timer. But the place not bad at all.

Instruction was Easy for check-in in and check out.. straight forward.

The location was slightly off from the city centre so cabbing back and fro from our accommodation was our main transportation method. However, it should not be a problem for those who drive. The cost of cabbing from Sapporo station to accoms is about 1600-1900 yen

The room is clean and filled with the necessary amenities. The area/place is very quiet. Staff was quite responsive to our queries. Suitable for family/ friends

The location is a bit far from Sapporo station, especially if you have to take an early tour, but the park nearby is really lovely!

The way/system to reserve parking. It works for local only, can't get with rental car. The road surface is too rough to drag luggage to/from the nearest subway/train/street car station. Even though it's only 10 or 12 min walk, it's impossible with a suitcase. The washing machine can't dry clothes properly. We used the hangers and turned on the fan of the air con.

The apartment is great for family. The elevator is extremely helpful. The water is nice and plentiful and warm water takes only seconds. Distance to downtown dining and weekends party time is about 1100-1500¥ by taxi, which we consider very acceptable. We liked the architecture of the building. It's nice, refreshing and kids friendly. The beds are great. 1 bed in a separate room is very nice when traveling with a teenager in our family. Fridge and freezer is nice to store food. Bathtub is a Hit for all. Its quiet throughout the night, everyone gets a good night sleep. The paid parking is 2-3 min away. Nothing to worry about.
