Location is so far from shibuya station, no places for big laggeuge

The location was not as ideal as we hoped. It was a 10 minute walk to the local small station and 15min+ to the larger Shibuya station, this wasn’t a huge issue, Shibuya is a cool place to walk through. The facilities were not amazing beyond showers & bathrooms. The main seating area downstairs was nice but small & there were tiny tiny kitchen spaces in each dorm room which were not practical. It would have been nice if there was a proper ‘hang out’ space where you can chill after a long day of sight seeing. The dorm space itself was small and cramped with very limited storage space. If you have a full suitcase, space is even more limited.

Overall a nice stay. The staff were very nice and helpful, especially when we needed to make a call about our hire car pick up which they kindly did for us. The stay was good and the beds were comfy. Also the showers were good!

We got the tiniest room, we thought we're gonna get a wider room ang got a shitty one. It's not a decent space for 2 people. The water in the shower was cold and the receptionist pretended it wasn't and we had to insist to change the temperature. The receptionist didn't allow us to take a plate from the bar.. basically not a good place. I don't recommend at all.

I got a private room - with bunk beds. It’s atrociously small, so be prepared. I would actually suggest everyone to pick the shared rooms because you actually have space to open your luggage. I couldn’t open my luggage and had to do it daily in the hallway. The room feels a bit claustrophobic when you sleep. The staff is a hit or miss - on my arrival, I asked for restaurant recommendations and the person helping me said she didn’t know. But then the other staff were very helpful when I needed to move my room to one in the back of the building because the street noise was too much for me.

I was there just for one night, my last night in Tokyo, and this was the hostel where I can sleep better in all the hostels of my trip, there are like capsule beds in a big room, where you can find everything you need. The staff is super friendly and the hostel is located near to nice areas like Shibuya or Daikanyama. I wish I spent more nights in this place, but I will consider for my next trip to Japan. Thank you very much.

Was a bit far from the train station to travel with bags. Bus system was hard to find. Kind local helped us when we left the train station. Place had a weird smell but I think they just pulled up tiles.

I absolutely loved the stay here, such a lovely vibe. super chill but also many interesting people passing through. The dorm was big but actually felt quite cosy and didn't ever feel there was many people as they've done the layout so well. The staff are all so lovely and helpful

The property is old and had a leaking pipe (large drops of water) running along the ceiling of our bedroom! The room was a decent size, though the pillows were terrible and it gave me a very stiff neck for a few days.

It was not clean at all. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the rooms were dirty and people threw there clothes all over the place. The staff did not clean any facilities expect maybe the showers in the 2 days I was there.

We rented a basic private bunk room - didn’t realise the room would be as small as it was. The width of a single bunk with storage space for suitcases on the opposite side of the bunk (so you had to drag suitcase over bed to put it there). The place was a wee walk away from the main town so bear this in mind

Nice communal areas - bar downstairs and communal laundry area. Nice clean bathrooms.

- very dusty - dirty at not visible spots(like under the sink/behind the bed) - AC was not properly working(full if dust, locked on 20C) - very small space (although there is transparency about it)

- Cheaper price than in other accomodations near Shibuya - location if you are okay with walking - early check in was okay (around 12:00)

Though the location is a bit far from Train line but it is still accessible but you need to walk more than a kilomeeter.

I loved the bar area. It was lovely to travel by myself and do my own thing, but still have moments to connect and be surrounded by others. The staff were also amazing and so sweet!
