Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SingaporeAlthough the area is bigger than most hotels, it seems cramped. Probably the layout which tries to accommodate a kitchen which does not even have the proper utensils.
It has everything a home needs to have and is located in the residential area. The surrounding is quiet and parking is just easy.

This is a newish apartment that was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful outlook over the river and bridges.

I very central location. Not far from Imari station and lots of restaurants nearby. The room is lovely and very handy to have washing machine and drier, fridge, microwave and hotplate. Very nice tea and coffee. Very quiet: you can almost believe you are the only ones there

AustraliaInformation on where to pay could be provided before arrival - there is plenty of parking, but spread over several paring areas that aren't immediately obvious.
Excellent facilities - kitchen and laundry, it was great to be able to catch up on washing, shop at the supermarket and do some cooking after staying in other hotels without these facilities. The room was large and very comfortable, with a great view of the river.

AustraliaIt would be really good if a dishcloth and tea towel were provided. The kitchenette is great but there is no equipment at all. It is possible to hire some kitchen items from reception, but it would be much better if a couple of basic items were provided in rooms.
Our twin room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. No breakfast is served at this hotel, but our room had a small kitchenette so we could prepare our own. We bought our breakfast from the bakery, Ume Pan, at the morning markets on the river - it’s very close to the hotel.
