Only one proper chair in the room. Second is folded one. It was more convenient to just sit on the bed next to my partner on the real chair.

The room was small, but well thought out. It was very clean. The AC was very good. We had nice view. Front-desk staff spoke proper English. Free luggage storing was nice, but you need Suica/Pasmo card for that. Very good Wi-Fi. A lot of free amenities by the front-desk to get. Definitely recommending the hotel to friends. The breakfasts were decent. Some vegetarian options, but very few vegan ones (salad, maybe some jam with bread).

I didn't liked that the bed has on the hard side and the pillows where not even.

I like that is modern, self check in and out. Have a luggage locker thing. A lot of things in the room, small but good use of space. Is not perfect, the bed could have been more comfortable but i really like the premises.

Not too much to do in the immediate surrounding area but that's not a huge issue as you can travel to busier areas easily. Room comfortable but maybe a tiny bit dated. Again this wasn't a huge issue at all and everything was very clean.

Easy access to airport. Room bigger than I thought. Good access into Tokyo via Yamanote line. Everything clean and staff very helpful.

Breakfast a wide range of options including vegetarian options. Staff was very helpful in identifying items presented when there were no labels. The hotel was located in close proximity to a rail station making travel very easy. The streets felt safe with several eateries near to the hotel.

Breakfast provides good variety and quantities, but quality of the services could be improved (some food was not kept warm as it should be, miso soup on the thin side)

Location is excellent, in central Tokyo area, very near to the TOEI subway and lines for Haneda airport. Tokyo Tower and Zoyoji temple at walking distance. Amenities are at self-service in the lobby, including tea and coffee, so you can take exactly you need, without wasting items.

Misunderstanding about a parcel delivery which was initially rejected by reception which was stressful. However, it was sorted out and parcel was eventually delivered correctly the night before we checked out.

Handy location to train station entrances, just back from the main roads. Staff were nice and some spoke English which was very helpful. Initially they say they can't pre-book taxis, but if you ask at reception on the day a taxi can be arranged. Rooms were slightly bigger than expected, made moving our suitcases around a bit easier. Bathrooms were clean and tidy and bathroom products also fully stocked. Kettle, cups, glasses and fridge available in the room. Drinking water readily available as all water is filtered. For longer stays rooms are cleaned every 3 days, but clean towels can be requested daily. Availability of washing machines and dryers was handy for longer stays. Close proximity to a variety of food establishments, Ramen, McDonald's, Family Mart, drugstores, Post Office, nearby to Tokyo Tower, Zojo-ji Buddhist temple complex. Short train rides back to Shibuya Crossing and other Tokyo tourist spots like Tokyo Disneysea and Disneyland. Hotel was able to transfer our suitcases for a fee to Narita Airport so we didn't have to manoeuvre them through the train station. We were able to catch one train from the nearby train station that took us directly to terminal 1 International terminal at Narita Airport. Great 1 week stay, clean, comfortable and handy location to everything we required.

Good for a short stay. The room may found smaller than expected but lean and facilities are good. Fair enough when consider the price. They also offer a variety of amenity imtems, too.

The staff is very accommodating. The room is very clean and comfortable and near from the Hamamatsucho station which is convenient when you got to go to other places in Tokyo. Everything is exceptional. This is my first time to travel to Japan and the accommodation is 💯💯💯💯

There is another hotel with almost the exact same name (in English but differnet in Japanese) in the exact opposite direction. Very confusing. People would likely go to this other hotel if they follow Google.

The breakfast is value for money. The hotel is in a convenient location quite close to the station (provided you find the correct direction). Value for money for a city hotel.

Overall was a good stay.

Convenient location, walking distance from station. Had view of the Tokyo Tower when you are situated at the traffic light junction. Staffs very firendly. Toiletries were provided at the lobby. Room was comfy. Facilities such as washing machine and vending machine was located in the basement floor.

Comfortable room with coin laundry. Location has a few shops nearby and Mcdonalds for late night snack. 15min walk to Tokyo Tower. 5 Min walk to Hamamatsuchu and Daimon Station.

The circulation space in my room 909 felt cramped. No European breakfast option (patisserie, bread rolls, espresso coffee, fruit juice, and cheese).

Convenient location to public transportation and Haneda Airport. Good selection of local restaurants of all types.
