Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Nothing. Great value! Would stay here again.
Liked the layout and vibe of the lobby. Had a nice local craft fair at check in. Breakfast had a decent selection. Room was a fair size. Enjoyed being able to grab the free amenities and pajamas in the lobby before going up to the room.

We did come a little earlier than check in, hoping our room might be available early, but no luck.
Tasty breakfast. Comfortable bed. Small space, but great value. Easy location from the train station. Had umbrellas to loan out since it was very rainy when we were there.

Clean, very calm and welcoming ambiance. Lobby, hallways, and dinning area was very nicely decorated. The hotel paid attention to little details with their choice of decor. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The location was amazing, if we had stayed in Ofuna-Kamakura longer it would’ve been a perfect place to pop in for a quick nap during the day. Bed was firm but comfortable. My family is from the US so we’re used to softer beds. I asked for firm pillows since the room was stocked with very soft pillows. The firm pillows with firm bed helped with the sleeping posture. Room was very nice, small for western standards, but excellently sized for standards in Japan.

Room is pretty small but that's the norm for such hotels in the Tokyo area

As usual for standard Japanese hotels, the rooms are really small. No space to open the luggage at all. You'll have to take out everything u and lay stuff out then close up the luggage to be able to walk.. As we had connecting rooms so we access both rooms using only one room so that we can put our luggage at the hallway of the other room. And the pillows are really flat. I had a stiff neck after sleeping there for one night
They've connecting rooms which is good for families with kids. Lots of free toiletries even providing face masks, face wash and lotions so there's no need to worry if you run out or forgot anything. Free pyjamas as well which was quite comfortable. Good location as it's near Ofuna station so it work as a good base to explore Kamakura and Enoshima.

The room was extremely small and expensive compared to other 3 star hotels with better facilities.

It would be good if staff could explain especially to elderly travellers the available amenities, what it is available or can take free like tea bags and coffee near the lobby to drink at their room as they were not aware of it. I have booked this hotel for my parents in their late 70's. But overall they have enjoyed their stay.
Excellent location close to shops and eateries. Close to Ofuna station which close links to Tokyo, Yokohama ...excellent as Narita Express is there too.

Not far from train station and monorail with many restaurants around, easy access to grocery stores. Easy to check-in and check out with dedicated machine for it. Clean rooms.

Would be nice to have some fruits and toast bread for breakfast.
Excellent location, few minutes to the train and monorail stations, has everything around it - restaurants, mall, gym, McDonald, bakery, you name it. Bed and pillows were comfy. Room small but adequate. Breakfast was good.
