The room was small and did not find a room to accommodate our son with 2 queen beds.

The hotel offered an excellent breakfast and had nice laundry facilities. They also offered nice amenities and the location was excellent.

The staff were super strict with check in/out time, i realized that this might be a cultural issue rather than a hotel specific issue. In other countries, they would be happy to check you in if your room was available early. The beds and pillows were a bit too hard for my liking

The location was very near eateries and only a 7 minute walk from the Sendai station which is very convenient. The room was spacious for 1 person and had all the amenities you needed.

Rooms were slightly small for 2 people, but comfortable for 1.

Hotel was of walking distance to the train station, hence very convenient! Staff were friendly, helped us to keep our luggage before check in. Rooms were clean, interior well thought out with bedside USB charging ports. Reception also had an array of other toiletries including facial cleanser, bath powder if required!

the staff on front desk were super friendly and always happy to help. the cleaning staff we met in the hallways were always very kind and friendly. we stayed a long time and staff made the effort to remind us when the room was due to be cleaned which was helpful. We liked having all the coffee/tea/sugar bags to choose from at the elevator area. To be able to choose from the personal pamper products was a really nice surprise too and I loved their bath salt sachets and face masks.

The room was very small for a double - two people and their luggage would be a squeeze. Pillows were more like beanbags.

Room was abit small, just like every other Japanese hotels.

The location was pretty good, about 10 mins away from Sendai train station. It was also almost right outside Sendai Morning market, so my family and I just go down there to have breakfast everyday. The room was clean, bed was comfy and the non-smoking rooms have no smell of second smoke at all, so the entire ventilation system in the hotel is pretty good haha

A little expensive for a single night, but there weren't any other options as it was short notice. The location was hard to find though most because of the construction and not being used to Japanese roads.

The staff were nice, and helpful even if I didn't know the Japanese for my question. The terminal for getting a room had English and was easy to use.

There was something wrong with the sockets in my room and none of them would charge my phone until an hour later that it miraculously got fixed. Since I was in Sendai for work, the anxiety that my phone might die the next day kept me awake and I woke up several times to check if it was properly charged.

The hotel is very close to Sendai station and the breakfast is superb, with several extremely tasty local dishes. Also, the bathtub is quite spacious which I find it quite rare in Japan lol The staff are super helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family who are visiting Sendai.

Excellent breakfast choice and quality; excellent location - close to main station and subway station. Also some great bars and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.
