The location is excellent, adjacent to the main station, restaurants (a barbecue restaurant with unlimited drink option just opposite to this hotel) and a day market. Supermarkets could be reached in a 10 minutes walk.

AustraliaThe breakfast area was too small which led to a lot of pushing by customers. The seating area also too small so felt not very pleasant given the amount of people. Choices were also limited compared to other hotels of a similar size.
The location was good. The room was comfortable even though it was very small. I liked the security in the lifts and the choice to not have the room cleaned if you did not need it.

United KingdomOur room was really, really small. The smallest we had in Japan. There was no room for a wardrobe, just hooks on the wall and no space to sit.
Everything was clean, new and efficient. This is Japan. I really liked having a neat little basket of clean pajamas every day. The breakfast buffet was varied, with good Japanese options as well as some continental choices.
