It was an excellent location for launching our early start to Hakone. We stayed one night. Room was spacious with queen bed for my husband who is over 6'. Close to shops.

The male staff at the counter wasn't too friendly and the female staff couldn't speak much English.

The hotel is close to the Odawara station and restaurants. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Housekeeping is provided for stays of more than 3 days but they will change towels and provide water bottle everyday.

The room is small but we did not mind since it is for only one night .

The location is what we wanted to transfer between Narita airport and Hakone/Fuji Five Lakes . Nissan car rental is on the other side of the station as the hotel . Toyota is just opposite the hotel. The hotel is near the station . A perfect place to pick up a car if you want to self drive Hakone and Fuji areas . Driving is easy in Japan . Using map code can get you around easily . Not stressful to drive .

No coffee and tea in the room. Hot water suddenly went cold and after waiting, it became hot again. There are 2 of us but only one replacement clean towel was given to us.

It is close to the train station and this made it very convenient for travel.

The comforter does not have undersheet.

Location is excellent and they have bottled water prepared which I didn’t have in Tokyo. Also unusual free items for the room like wash towel and wheat tea are welcome. Tooth brush are of good quality, not the adhoc type most other places have.

Quite noisy at first but the noise stopped from night time onwards.

They provide everything we need. Thought it will be small but surprisingly it was spacious and we were able to open our luggages. Place is clean as well.

The street out the front is a bit dodgy late at night. Not the hotel's fault though. Sheets had a small stain, like someone had a small nose bleed that didn't quite come out in the wash. I made a late booking and had to take the last available room which was a smokers room, so the smell was pretty bad. But that's on me, make sure you check if you're picking a room that allows smoking if you have breathing issues. Bit expensive for what it was, but there's not a huge amount else in town.

Was in a very convenient location near the train station. Small, but all you need if passing through for a night.

The hotel is a walking distance to the main Train and Bus terminal. As well, it is right on acthe nice street with restaurants and bars. Good size room and a very comfortable bed.

Very basic. I stayed in other Japanese Hotels at the same price point and proximity to transport during this trip and this was certainly inferior to the others.

Very thin walls, possible to hear other guests at night (possible the guests were simply loud when coming back to rooms). There was a Lamp in the room that was not possible to switch off.

The hotel is opposite to train station, restaurants on the same street. The room was bigger than other rooms in Japan.

Proximity to the station, comfortable rooms with a tub to soak after a long day around Hakone. On the same street as many delicious restaurants. Definitely recommend. Staff were nice.

My refrigerator was pretty much useless. I turned the power up but still zero coldness. That was frustrating as I need my cold drinks.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the fact that I had a chair, tray table, and clothes rest to use at my disposal. I also liked that I had a view. I of course have my much needed TV and Hot water maker. But I wish they provided some tea.

Close to train station. A bit noisy at night. But I feel ok. Pillow was kinda too hard. Toilet was a bit too small for tall persons. But overall high value for this hotel under this fair price.

Free coffee is great! 24 hrs available. Very clean for the room .
