Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Located perfectly with a short walk to a major train station 1 stop away from Tokyo station. Staff very friendly and would greet me everyday, also help my AirPods I left in the room by mistake until I arrived back in Tokyo for my departure back home.

Really close to a very good subway/train station. Overall it was a good experience. Wouldn't say there is much going on or luxuries, but it gets the job done in every way.

JapanIt was hard to find and the directions send you behind it. The was also only one pillow with no opportunity to have a second one. The air con also seemed to slow right down at night so the room got warmer.

JapanThe pillows (this is not an issue for me with this particular hotel but nearly all hotels in Japan) are like absolute rocks. They are so hard it's uncomfortable. The walls had several stains in the room and although the room smelled fine it was a little unnerving being in that room. The lobby had more than one bug flying around it.
The location is great and check in is simple. The building offers a number of free things at the desk as well as a small charging cable box full of any you might need if you are a forgetful traveler. The room shower was particularly nice.

A very small business hotel in the center of the city. Nice access to the Shimbashi station and within walking distance from Yurakucho and Marunouchi. Room is comfortable with complete facilities. I like the personal touch of a little rubber duck that the staff put in the bathroom, available to adopt (I took mine home).

Breakfast not served which is fine, not needed. Location near useful station was very helpful. For travelling alone for business it did what it needed to, provided comfy room with working air-con and shower!

We are two medium sized people who struggled to sleep on the bed which was very frustrating. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on.
