It is in the middle of everything in Osaka, very short walks from all of the major tourist areas

Bathroom layout is very annoying. It is located in the middle of room, just opposite bed, strong light through glass door disturb person who sleep on the bed The bathroom is built on higher step from bedroom floor. Shower booth (inside) is a bit too tight. Door lock is too small.

About a 10min walk from JR Namba train station. Family Mart next door. 10min walk to the Dotonburi tourist area. The staff were friendly & helpful. My small double room was compact but everything worked fine.The bathroom was equally compact. No more so than the enclosed shower. The hot water & water pressure were okay. Overall, the location & room cost were good value. I enjoyed my stay here.

Proximity to DOTONBORI. Convenience store next to entrance. Laundry facilities were good. Baked goods vending machine was handy.

Washing machines and dryers: they are charging rather a lot for their use, and the dryers don't really dry very well, at least the ones I used. Yes I cleaned the lint screens beforehand. And why can't we have a waste basket for lint in the laundry area!

The hotel has a quite nice onsen-type bath, including a sauna and a cold plunge tub; much appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised by the scenic view from my room across the cityscape.

The hotel cannot help in sending luggages to another hotel or to the airport even using yamato. We need to do everything on our own.

A little bit of a walk to the hotel, but Google Maps got us there with no problem. Stayed at the hotel twice (1 night each) - the night before going to Koyasan and the night after leaving Koyasan. The staff was kind enough to allow us to store our luggage for the day, night, and part of the following day that we were in Koyasan, which was a huge help! The hotel room was clean but small, like most accommodations in Japan, but had no issues and would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful location close to Dotonbori - I also loved stumbling across cool stores in the American village, I didn’t know about it beforehand but ended up being so glad my hotel was in such a place! There’s also a public bath and many amenities including freshly baked bread everyday, free water tap, and more freebies

Best hotel we stayed. Clean and complete amenities especially for ladies, there is relax room and have facial massager. Very good public bath. Near family mart. Great location near dotonbori. Sure will be back here again.

The room is clean and location is good. Every staff is nice and warm welcome. 6 nights here made me feel comfort. My son also likes onzen. Will stay here again next trip.

Fell through the middle of the bed during banging

Massive room (for Japan at least). Clean and well appointed. They have a bread vending machine. Bread. Vending machine. Sadly didn’t have time to use the spa. Location felt slap bang in the middle of everything
