Loved staying here, the location is great, it's really easy to get to - and next to lots of Osakas attractions. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the desk is open 24 hours! The rooms are spacious - the sento and resting room are a great addition! I would stay here again, It's really comfortable and well priced.

We didn’t have breakfast - but supermarket next door had everything we needed - also great vending machines with bakery goods etc, toaster, microwave available in hotel which was awesome. Ladies lounge with hair dryers, straighteners etc was fantastic - especially as the rooms are small - it was nice to get ready here. Onsen style bath also available - but didn’t have time to use. Walking distance to Dontunbori - fantastic location. Staff were so friendly and very helpful, especially when helping us fill in forms for the “luggage transportation” system. Fantastic to be able to send your suitcase ahead to the next hotel instead of dragging around very busy train stations !!! I said room was small - but this is not a negative comment - perfect for what we needed - pj’s/lounge wear & slippers provided which you could wear in & around the hotel.

Bed was hard and pillow felt like it had bean bags in it. Not very comfortable.

The location could t have been better, lots of vintage shops around and a short walk to the glico man sign. Staff were lovely & helpful. And a convenience store at the bottom of the hotel was helpful!

The only negative was the noise from the elevator- but our room was right behind it so probably not an issue for most rooms.

The staff were amazing, really helpful with forwarding our luggage on and helping us with local recommendations and how to get around. The location is amazing- close to the action and transport options.

We were at the end of the corridor and could sometimes smell smoke from the floor levels above which wasn’t a great way to wake-up.

The location was great, close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. There is a family mart right around the corner (but connected in the same building) that was amazing. The room and shower was clean. Easy access to different train stations

Perfect location in the ideal center of Osaka. Dotonbori is on 5 min. walk. Clean, quiet hotel. There is common facilities on 4th floor, including public bath . Metro stations on 5-7 minutes.

The room was a bit small, if you have big luggage (not my case) not enough space. The staff needs a lot of instructions to provide a simple invoice.

The public bathroom and the amenities were the best. the bathroom in the room is also very clean.

Excellent location, Family Mart right in the building, free public bath, extremely helpful and friendly staff. They even offered to store our luggage over two days after checkout when noticed that we're trying to send luggage with kuroneko from Osaka to Osaka ( we were staying overnight at Koyasan and then returning to Osaka - to a different hotel that refused to accept our luggage before checkin day). That saved us a lot of fuss and some money with kuroneko or coinlockers! Also the rooms are slightly larger than normally in business hotels - we had two suitcases and still could move around the room freely xD This was overall best business hotel I've stayed in Korea or Japan! P.S. They have a gacha machine with snacks, which is the absolute best small souvenir for colleagues or any large group of people you need to bring smth without wasting all the money and thinking about it too much. Just buy a lot of gacha balls and make your own gacha lottery for them! P.P.S. Check your gachas before checkout- some of our gachas had adorable hand-drawn "winning tickets" to be redeemed at the front desk!

The bathroom was smaller than expected. I know Japanese bathrooms are smaller but this was a tighter space than usual. Don't know if it was just us but we couldn't seem to adjust the aircon temperature in the room. It got warm for 4 people so had to open the window to let cool air inside. This was in January.

Onsite onsen. All the nice amenities available including eyeglass cleaner wipes, stain remover wipes, iced coffee mix, etc. I liked the nightwear provided. Wifi was good. Location was in a busy, trendy area but safe and quiet. Family Mart was in the ground floor. They had weighing scale for luggages in the lobby. English speaking staff. Room was very large and had 4 beds. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space to hang clothes. Black out curtains.

Very central location, close to literally everything. Smoking allowed rooms are nice to experience. There is a supermarket just at the entrance of the hotel. A lot of complementary items at the entrance.

The location was amazing, close to a lot of major attractions. The room was quiet despite the hotel being in the center of a major city. Comfortable beds and good prices.

Only a small thing but I would have liked a reading light behind or next to the bed.

Great location with lots nearby to explore on foot and close to metro stations. Nice hotel, helpful staff and convenience store downstairs. Great food options around, except only a few open at breakfast time, I tried a few and found the Taiwanese congee place about a block away the best breakfast.
