Check-in was a little confusing, as the reception is in the basement. A sign on the main door indicating where to go for reception would be a nice improvement!

Excellent location just 150 metres from the chairlift, new and modern facilities and overall very comfortable and well organised. Onsens and restaurants are walking distance, and the shuttle bus to town stops right nearby. Due to all this, it is expensive for a hostel, but in my opinion it was worth the extra price.

New spot, a short walk from the mountain, onsens, Lawson, rental shops, restaurants. Very modern, clean, well equipped and well thought out. Would happily stay here again next time in Furano!

Very new property so signage over main entrance hasnt been installed yet. Made finding the way in at night and check-in confusing. (Enter by the double doors on lowest level.)

The wifi is a bit spotty and there's not really any paper towels. This is a relatively new hostel, so some of the facilities are still WIP; I'd bank on it getting better over time! All extremely minor grievances and would recommend this place.

Clean. Close to the slopes. Friendly owner. Has a drying room. The beds and room were good.

I think the hostel is missing is a lounge area for guests to relax in. It has a shared kitchen and dining area, but unfortunately, I think not having a lounge area really affects the vibe of the hostel. It doesn't allow a space for guests to chat to each other and connect, which is a pretty key thing I look for when I stay in a hostel. Also, the garage where snow gear is stored isn't heated at all, so if you want to dry gloves, boots or anything that gets snowy and wet during the day it has to be done on random heating panels inside the halls, which you can't really use for bigger things like boots.

The hostel was clean, beds and pillows very comfortable, and there were lots of toilets and showers that were also kept clean. The location was really great, only a short walk to the base of the mountain.

Needs more cutlery, utensils etc in the kitchen so that you can prepare simple food. Some knives, chopping board etc.

Very new - looks like the pictures - and comfortable which I would expect for the cost. Location is amazing - we skied home from the ski resort!

I would just mention that the internet is very slow. Especially in the rooms. Mentioning for any other remote work folks travelling. There are several cafes nearby you could take your lap top to.

Everything was recently rendered and very nice! Its location is awesome and the owners are very nice and accommodating. They let me keep my luggage around after checkout until I was able to get into my next hotel. He was also just friendly and always available to chat or help out. It’s a nice space to stay as a solo traveler because you get to meet other folks in the common area and maybe find backcountry partners/etc.

Amazing location, new build, amenities are exceptional, beds are comfy, showers have great pressure & heat, didn’t use washing machines but they are available. Made some friends immediately & went out to nearby bars, incredible time. Check in was easy and quick, same with check-out. Staff are genuinely incredible, helped me find the best way to Sapporo when I was leaving & went out of their way to return forgotten items to me after I checked out.

Parking lot fits 3 cars so call in advance for the host to plan. There's a big parking lot nearby if it's full

Beautiful and clean, hot water showers are great, host had great ramen recommendations. Ropeway for skiing was 3 minutes walk from the accoms. Awesome place! Exactly like the pictures. Host is very accomodating and happy to recommend stuff.

No keys or locked access, anybody could get in or out anytime. The laundry was not there, I got told it was going to come but never came. Wifi was terrible, could not use it and had to use my data. Floor was dirty, at the entrance they would mix shoe rack with slippers and nobody seemed to care.

The ostel is very nice and warm, close to the sky area.

The communication from the managers / owners was non existent. I explained to them you can't have guests turning up 0 idea where to park (or that you need to try and pre arrange parking). No idea what room i was in, basically you have to walk into the lodge to work this out and hope one of the owners / managers is there to give you the info. They are obviously finding their feet but probably need a few ups-kills on managing accomodation and checkin

Location was amazing, only a 5 min walk to the lifts. The setup is pretty good its all modern and good quality fit outs
