Very luxurious! Room was huge with amazing private hot spring, very clean and comfortable. Staff was very polite and friendly, super helpful and provided great service. Big shout out to the staff who helped us book a taxi to the station and also the staff who came to rescue as he could speak Cantonese and explained the process clearly!

Door lock was little difficult to open and close because it is out of order.

This ryokan was the one of best I was ever been. The room was big and clean. Private onsen was also good. The dinner and breakfast were fantastic.

loved the privacy of the cottages and amenities were excellent. the dinner and breakfast menus were nicely curated in a private dining setting. special thanks to the staff who made additional transport arrangements for us when mobility was an issue.

breakfast is not Japanese style , is a little weird

pretty good. I am a mother and I take my daughter Travel with me together. when the clerk knows (She’s a very kindly woman )I have to take my luggage and walk for 20 minutes to the JR station. and all the taxi were already full booking. She drives her car in take our luggage and us to the JR station. I am so appreciate her kindly. let’s just save a lot of time for me and let me feel relaxing easy . in the room is very clean , comfortable and big. everything just perfect. I recommend here.

The location is not that close to the Yufuin station and the hotel doesn't serve shuttle service. It's more convenient to drive to the place.

First of all, the hotel staff is welcoming us after we arrived. And they spent time to introduce the room and help to bring our luggage to the room. My family and I felt relaxing soon after we arrived. Second of all, the room is amazing. The room I reserved is 友禅/ ゆうぜん/Yuuzen. The room has 2 floor and can accommodate 4 people to live in the room. It's good for family or friend trip. One room is a normal room with 2 single beds and the other room is a Japanese style room. There's a big living room in the 1st floor and our family enjoy the time gathering together to talk and drink. And there's also a small garden close to the living room. The environment is really nice and my family really enjoy the stay. The best part is the private hot spring and stone spa (Ganbanyoku) in the room (at 2nd floor). I really like the stone spa and there're a lot of bottle water provide to avoid dehydrated. The service in the room is really good. Last but not least, the dinner and breakfast is also nice. Each room has private room to enjoy the eating. The view from the room can directly see the Yufudake. The time spending on dinner and breakfast is really enjoyable. I spent a really pleasure time in this hotel. Note: The location is also close to Kinrinko Lake (5mins walk).
