Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. IndiaIt seemed from the description online that bathroom and shower was both in the room, but that was not the case. The shower was downstairs so no privacy and very hot, because it also included the onsen. Also, there was a particular smell in the room like of the sea/seaweed which was annoying. Eventually after a while it wouldn't be noticeable but whenever you first entered the room, it was a very strong unlikeable smell. I stayed for 3 days, although for the second day, i didn't ask them to clean or make up the room, but they automatically didn't clean the third day either. I didn't really follow up but I wouldn't have minded if they had done it.
I liked the location of the hotel, very convenient to find, the place was very clean, easily accessible. The owner also helped with carrying of luggage. They had a nice onsen with everything easily placed. The room's size was also big enough for my luggage, etc.

Nice quiet corner beside a river with running water sounds, beside a rice Paddy field facing mountain views. Breakfast is great, Japanese style with many small dishes serving. Imagine after a morning spring bath your breakfast is ready to serve you that feeling is so great.
