All fine. If you don’t care about location, such as don’t bother to walk about 950m to the nearest train station or if you stay for haneda airport, this hotel would be perfect for you. Facilities are beyond our expectations, staff were friendly, clean, and quiet too. One other minus thing is the heater in our room was not working properly, so we have to sleep in cold on the first night. After that everything is fine

Great hotel stay for us near Haneda airport during last two nights in Japan. Room was spacious (good for packing), clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind when it came to the help with luggages Roughly 10 mins car ride to Haneda which is very useful. Around 10 mins walk to KK line to get to the centre.

Universal Haneda is conveniently located close to Haneda airport and to the Keikyu Haneda railway line, and to Keikyu Kamata station, with its many connections. There are several convenience stores and supermarkets close by, in addition to some restaurants, providing us with good choices, regardless of whether we wanted to eat out or self cater. The apartment was clean and comfortable, stocked with basic amenities, with additional amenities available onsite at no extra cost. Laundry machines were also available at a very reasonable rate. The apartment provided us with a lot more space than most hotel rooms, at a better nightly rate. The apartment was very clean and secure, the beds comfortable, and shower was nice and warm. The toiletries provided were very nice. All of our interactions with the friendly staff were excellent. We were provided with good, helpful information about the area and about the apartment's amenities. I would choose to stay here again.

The bed was quite hard but And the kettle wasn’t a normal kettle. There was building works going on in the opposite street which was quite loud.

It was really good. Excellent for 2 stay. Exactly what it said on the website. Shower had great pressure, nice to have a hob, microwave and fridge.

Lovely and very cosy place sat between a main road and a quiet suburb so you can easily get there directly or have a leisurely stroll from the nearby station. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly when I arrived.

We were met at the reception where the host/receptionist explained everything we needed to know, handed over the keys, and showed how to use them to access the main door. Everything was clean and the place offered the things we needed, fridge, amenities, toletries, etc.

There is nothing to complain about considering the price. You get what you pay for.

Even though it is far from most popular landmarks and attractions, it is close to Otorii station where you can take a train to other districts. However, the neighbourhood takes the spotlight. There is a lot of restaurants and joints you can visit and all of them are just lovely.

The property itself was very efficiently managed and laid out. The layout of the room was much the same, and the amenities were exceptional for the price range. The rooms were nice-looking which is a great bonus, check-in and check-out were both very easy, and the staff was kind, patient, and spoke English very well.

The room next door must of had problems with the lock as people were working on the door all morning.I understand this probably needed attention but it was noisy.

While the location is nice coming from Haneda, it is a little bit of a hike to get to major hubs in Tokyo or Yokohama

My room and facilities were incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful! Check-in and checkout were easy and intuitive and the hotel is incredibly close to Haneda airport, making it perfect for travelers arriving after a long flight. Finally the price was amazing considering the quality of the room. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very reasonable accomodation near Haneda Airport. It is not really close but you can walk , take the bus from the nearest bus station , or a taxi (2500 yen aprox) to the airport. It is not a Hotel itself, but aparthotel. Convinience stores around, good for longt term stays too

Some things you need to pick up downstairs. The room didn't have many outlets so you need extension cords. There also weren't utensils in the room. But just remember to pick those items up in the check in office before going up. THe beds were a little hard.The apartment is a good location to the airport with a direct bus line. But very far from the central areas of Tokyo. It'll take about 1 hour by bus and train.

The apartment was so clean and bright. The room got a lot of sunlight. There was enough space for two people with 4+ suitcases. The attendant also allowed us to check in early and leave our stuff after we checked out. The apartment is located near two convenience stores and bus stops are close.
