The left lobby at the entrance and the floor are too hot in summer time - would be great if there is a fan or ventilation machine around, at least in day time. The refrigerator in my room is a bit too small for long stay, though not a big issue.

The place is quiet, clean and tidy. Clean towels can be collected and leave the dirty ones to property. Kitchenwares can be obtained from reception. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful!

Properly didn’t have a washing machine. Was only a shared one.

Property was close to family mart. It also had all facilities that was required. Hot water system was working absolutely unlike other properties I had stayed. Staff was really good and gave us all the information needed.

It was just me and my friend, we got the family room which was perfect! Very spacious, the show room is massive and lots of space in the corridor where we left our suitcases. Theres 3 24/7 convenient stores for food, and a 24/hr supermarket also if you want to cook food. The owner is also lovely no complaints

The staff were wonderful, the apartment was very clean and comfortable 👌 😊. The value for money was unbelievable for Tokyo. The location is 3 stops on the train from Haneda Airport and a walk of about 10 minutes. There is a laundry room for guests and only 300 yen per wash, we were able to leave our luggage in reception area after we booked out as our flight was in the evening. The staff were friendly and so helpful. I would definitely stay here again. 10 stars 🌟

The location is a little far away from a train/subway station meaning a 15 minute walk to get access to central Tokyo, so definitely more of use for an early start for the airport. The beds were a little firm for my loiking but I appreciate that is as much about preference as anything else. In general, this is a good functional short stop location close to Haneda airport.

The rooms were clean and functional, with the basic facilities of a studio appartment and other facilities available to borrow from reception. It's location makes it easy to get a cheap taxi to the airport in just 15 minutes and as often with Japan, there;s convenience stores located very close for basics needed.

It is a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest metro station and about a 45 minute commute to most attractions or areas of interest.

The staff was extremely helpful and gave us thorough information on the property. They provided nice amenities in the rooms - everything you could need. The have laundry facilities and plenty of other supplies and kitchen utensils available. It is very close to Haneda Airport.

Spacious in comparison to all other hotel stays. Kitchen facility was well utilised. Separate toilet to the bathroom. Linen was very good. There was no problem asking for a second pillow. Which were not as rigid and hard as other hotels. Location was great. Bus stop close by. Short walk to the station. Plenty of shops around to buy food. 10/10

Clean, tidy and good value for money. The room was large and all facilities available. The place ia right next to the airport and close to subway train station with four 24 hrs convenience stores right next to the hotel. I loved staying here and would highly recommend this place.

Everything was great. The beds could have been more comfortable. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the train station, but is right next to the bus stop.

I checked in at 12 AM and the process was very simple. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious. Toothbrushes, razors, and water bottles were given. We were able to store our luggage after check out. Our host was very kind. He called a taxi for us and helped us with our luggage.

Reasonable price, very clean, spacious and comfortable, complete equipment and items provided, very clear instruction from the staff. Staff kind enough to wait me, up until 11pm at the front desk for my late check in. Self check out also very easy. Area is peaceful. Got many nearby convenience stores.

Location was a ways from train station. Our twin beds were uncomfortable but when you are exhausted, they work.

Loved the room size, cleanliness, and extras. Great, helpful staff. Held our bags as we traveled. Helped in every way we asked for.
