No pick up service from the train station. It is not easy to find the location of it. No shower provides inside the room. No service at the reception to answer your phone calls after 11pm. Food is very ordinary.

The price is reasonable and nice surrounding area

When you first approach the building it appears a bit run down and some of the facilities are rather dated. Don’t let that put you off though - you can tell that the place is being carefully taken care of: otherwise it wouldn’t last this long. Also, it adds to the feel of authenticity, like being part of a long tradition of receiving visitors.

It is beautifully situated overlooking a bend in the river, in a small village surrounded by wooded hills. We took a lovely walk one day from the village to some nearby waterfalls. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The food was very good and the whole experience was very authentic. Definitely try the local village restaurant: it only has a few things on the menu and feels like it hasn’t changed since it opened sixty years ago. Like time travel in the best way.
