A very bad smell from the room and a lot rubbish hidden at the back of table🤦also table very dusty. We were so shock that our door didn’t closed properly after they replace the towel. Feedback to the staffs, say will take note only. Didn’t even mentioned if there is any missing items pls let them know.

The room was not as advertised, was older and uglier. Also, they didnt make the room everyday, they only give you towels. They did the bed the first 2 days and then they stoped doing them

My stay is 4d3n. I am not being told that the bed will not be clean when I am chk in. I need to ask housekeeping to do it manually on d2. Outside had a lot of bar. Noisy after midnight. Lots of ppl smoke outside the main entrance.

Aircon didn't work, front desk staff miserable, extra "Osaka city" charge not mentioned anywhere before booking, all rooms heavily smoked in, could smell It everywhere

Old type of bidet was there, which meant we had to get the hotel staff to change the battery in it.

Staff is friendly and the place is well kept. This is conveniently located at Dotonbori Markets where you will no doubt find lots of great food from the street food to restaurants of all sorts. Lots of massage stores and souvenir shops as well and anyone who wants to experience nightlife will be able to find plenty of bars and clubs along the street.

Where to begin? I'm not picky! I've stayed in hostels and 'back alley' hotels; I don't complain easily. I basically just expect a bed. That said, trying to spend one night here? If I wasn't living it, I'd have found it hilarious. It's TV show worthy. - After walking down the literally vomit staned hallway, the rooms are FILTHY. - Any surface that isn't within arms reach, like on top of the airconditioner, has several millimeters of dust. - The AC visibly puffed out more dust, and daring to look at the filter was a mistake. - All the 'Non Smoking' rooms we were shown were smoking (and not subtle; Rancid decades old smoke). - The fridge was faulty (or immitating a blender). - The taps sprayed more water our the side of the tap than out of the nozzle. - The Bathroom is comically '80s yellowed plastic'. Full Bakelight Yellow. - The mattress is 1:1 with my shoulder width, so dont move or you're off the bed. - The bed base is smaller than the mattress, so if you DO move, the mattress flips off. - There is not enough room to open the 'middle' size Amazon basics suitcase, and still move off the bed. - The Window frames are designed for double pane glass, but are single pane fitted. (LOUD!) - No internal sound proofing. Someone closing a door on your floor, sounds like someone opening your door. - We were moved to multiple rooms; I could go on.... but the above faults were with the 'better' room... Despite walking over 20kms that day, neither of us wanted to get undressed. It was FILTHY. We slept in our clothes on top of the blankets, and went down to see what the staff would say the next morning. When we brought up only 3 of these issues (smoking, noise, and taps) the staff just said "So, leaving?" No apology, no offer to fix it, just a less than subtle dismissal. Avoid like the plague.

If you wanted to see Dotonburi by night, this is the location. But be warned - You're making HUGE sacrifices to be this close. Things I liked? Leaving. I liked that they agreed to a refund without me having to open a case with Paypal.

•The toilet has a pungent smell. •They didn’t clean the room & bathroom as well as fix the bed. They just put new towels and took the trash out. •The building was old so the room and toilet looks old too. •There are molds in the vent some in the gaps inside the toilet/bathroom. •dust piled up in the hair dryer and vent of the toilet.

The location was PERFECT because it was near Dotonburi restaurants, convenience store etc.

lots of people were just outside of the hotel smoking all night long. cigarette smells were coming into our room since we were on the 3 floor facing the street. bathroom is old, reminds me of the carnival cruise bathrooms. it's at a great location but find it hard to sleep due to the noise, would hear noises from the street and random yelling/laughter throughout the night. we had the double size bed, they basically put two twin beds together and had a mattress topper. the mattress topper kept on sliding out of place since it was lopsided.

Cleaner room and toilet will make it better.

This hotel is not recommended for family stay. It is right at where the nightlife of Dotonbori is. Smoking, spitting and vices around the hotel. Definitely not for a group of girls to stay here. Housekeeping is not daily. No late check out. No luaggage storage area. No restroom at the hotel lobby. Our room smell of smoke and pee smell.
