We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The rooms are big, nice and clean. It has good facilities in room and perfect bathroom with all shampoos and lotions and hair styling products. It has parking They serve the breakfast in your room so you don't loose time.

NetherlandsNearly everything from the food menu to the tv menu is in Japanese. Checkout is done by a paymachine in the corridor of the room, the text is also in Japanese. Our room didnot have a view. (Looking out on a blind wall from the neighbouring building). No standard access to for instance Netflix on the tv. Chromecast from a mobile is in theory possible, but I couldnot make it work. Tv channels are Japanese. No room safe.
Large and clean room. Large screen tvs. Airco. Microwave, 2 fridges, one empty, one filled with hotel food items. ?Humidifier. Fan. Drip coffee pod machine. Free wifi. Bathroom with jacuzzi (with small tv)and shower. The female receptionist was able to speak English. To be honest, the most completely equipped room, I have encountered sofar. The hotel and room definitely provide an ambience of luxury and modernism. Useful food menu (room service only). Free drinks (cups machines) and ice cubs in the lobby. Free parking.

United KingdomThe hotel is a little out of the way, being at the very end of the train line, this wasn't a huge issue but something to be aware of. One of the windows by the bed was drafty and let a bit of noise in so we had to pack it with cushions that the room already had. Something that was not mentioned is that the room must be vacated by 12 every day and a new card must be gotten; we were warned about this by the staff for staying in our room until 12. The listing states that the hotel is family friendly, as much as we loved this hotel it was definitely not family friendly. The TV had several "adult" channels freely available
Note: the hotel is a love hotel although the listing here does not necessarily allude to that. That being said the hotel itself was lovely. It was very clean, the facilities were very convenient and useful, and the staff were lovely too. We paid for an upgraded room and the bed was very sizeable and comfortable, and the bathroom with hot tub was very good too. The size of the room was fantastic for the price - no other hotel in Japan has provided this much for us at this price.
